The hotel environment is not bad, but the bath water is so small that it is like tears. I can't take a shower. When I booked the hotel, I saw reviews complaining about the small bath water, but I didn't expect it to be so small that I can't take a normal bath. In addition, the room price is very high, and parking is charged.

The hotel is very modern design. The outdoor shower is nice and relax, private, just a few chickens around sometimes. Water pressure here is pretty slow, probably the same in every area in Key West. The cleaning service can be improve.

The location is average. Fortunately, there is a pier. It is convenient to go to sea if you book a project at the hotel.
The room is small, no kitchen, no microwave, there is a small refrigerator but it doesn't have any cooling effect.
The actual room is different from the picture, and the price is not low even if it is not the peak season.
The most terrible thing is that the bath water is pitifully small.

Mixed feelings. Staff was nice on check in. Room was a little lacking for close to $500 a night. $56 hotel fee per night for (unknown). $27 a night for parking ?
Biggest frustration was after first night we were out all day and returned around 5pm. Room had yet to be made up and as we were getting ready for evening, that's when maid showed up. Expect more at that price point / area

We had a most relaxing and enjoyable weekend at The Perry. The hotel is well designed and maintained, and the staff was attentive and very helpful. Ashwin, especially, was exemplary at the front desk and gave great service. We relaxed at the pool, enjoyed marina views, and enjoyed our relaxed evening drinks and meal at the Salty Oyster.

the location was very nice as we upgraded to a balcony facing the marina. We did have some jewelry missing and I called and talked with the front desk who said they would refer it to management, and they would call back. I did this twice and the hotel management never called me back. It put a bit of a sour taste in our stay.

Wanneer je opzoek bent naar een iets rustigere uitvalsbasis om Key West te bezoeken ben je hier aan het juiste adres. Het hotel, gelegen aan een jachthaven, is modern en beschikt over alle noodzakelijke faciliteiten voor een kort verblijf (2 à 3 nachten). Met een ruim zwembad, bar en restaurant zijn alle “essentials” afgevinkt, kortom wij zijn fan. Tot slot nog een bijzondere troef, tijdens de dag is er elk uur een gratis shuttle naar Key West.
