This hotel is Top notch in Key West! Staff are friendly compared to the other hotels, the little complimentary hospitality items such as snacks, drinks, water, dove bars are such a nice added touch! The roof top pool and bar is amazing! The rooms are clean and cozy!

Wonderful service, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. Walkable to Duval street and the beach. They gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne tfor returning Happy hour at the pool was great with perfect service from the bar tenders. No children allowed which we loved so it truly was a relaxing vacation. coffee in the room and extra if you asked for it. Ice machine in the room. The smells of the hotel were awesome!

My husband came for a week of vacation. The resort was absolutely wonderful!!! The staff was very friendly and everything was very clean! Having both a private pool and the rooftop pool/bar was great! We enjoyed our time here and will be back! Highly recommend

My husband loves splurging on nice hotels….THIS was one of our favourite hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The service was top notch….the staff went above and beyond to make sure your stay was exceptional and the place was spotless and beautiful! They provide free snacks (nuts, guacamole, pico and chips) and drinks (wine and delicious sangria) on the roof top pool/patio. The rooms were so stunning! We stayed in a room with a private plunge pool it was LOVELY. I highly recommend this hotel if you are planning a trip to Key West! The location is perfect….really close to Duval St and there are some great coffee shops right next to the hotel. I highly recommend renting a golf cart for getting around….its SO much fun. You can get the cart delivered right to the hotel!!! The perfect place to stay in Key West!!!!

The room was absolutely beautiful and elegant. Service was great and friendly. We are picky about mattresses and this one was very comfortable! H2O Suites is expensive but you get what you pay for! It’s a perfect location…quiet but a very close walk to the action on Duvall Street.

Beautiful hotel, staff was friendly and helpful. Great location, right near the action but the hotel feels like its own tropical paradise away from the world. Rooms are nicely appointed and spacious. We will return stay here again when we return to key west!
