Here at the resort now and it is awesome! Quiet and secluded, it’s like a garden oasis as you enter the rooms. Beautifully landscaped, you forget Duval St is a block away. Located on the quiet end of town but a walk away from the action! Perfect escape for couples!

We got to the hotel before check in and we were immediately offered cocktails at the pool side bar while we waited for our room. The front desk staff was gracious and professional as was the bartender at the pool. The property was a paradise escape. Everyone there made sure we had an unforgettable experience. We’re looking forward to going back as soon as we can.

This was our second time staying at H2O Suites and I still think this hotel is among the best hotels we've ever stayed at. The rooms are modern, well-maintained, and clean. The grounds of the hotel are very nice, with a lot of trees and shrubbery to create a sense of seclusion between the rooms, courtyard, and the rest of Key West. The hotel truly feels like you're in your own little world despite being close to all the action of Key West. All of Duval is within walking distance of the hotel, and there are several excellent restaurants just steps from the hotel. We stayed in a room with a private pool and front porch with swing. Both the pool and the front porch made this a very relaxing room to spend time at. The room was very expensive, but completely worth it. H2O Suites will definitely be our first choice the next time we return to Key West.

The rooms are newly renovated, very clean, & all 1st floor suites have their own plunge pool. Housekeeping did a great job, including turn down service with chocolates & fresh baked muffins every day. There are three separate happy hours at the pool each day. These include complimentary Mimosas & Bloody Mary's in the morning, complimentary wine in the afternoon, & complimentary snacks in the early evening. We will definitely stay here again.

My friend and I stayed there for 5 days. Both of us would wake up with bed bug bites every single morning. The bed was infested with Bed bugs. I am still dealing with the bites after 2 months. Donot recommend this hotel at all. Such a basic thing going wrong with such an expensive hotel is not expected.

One of the best stays ever! Shanieka and Quiana are the ones to meet! These girls make sure everything about your stay is perfect, they set everything up for us and made sure we felt like friends/family! 100% recommend 🙌🏻 Bartenders at the pool were also super fun and chill people. If they had these hotels in more locations I would definitely stay there!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! We stayed in April of 2021 and came back in April of 2024. Its prime location within walking distance to Duval St and the southernmost point made exploring the area a breeze. The rooftop pool is our favorite , offering stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. Special shoutout to Angie, whose outstanding service made our time by the pool truly memorable. And those spicy margaritas? Unbelievably delicious! ❤️

High end hotel with excellent staff, service, and accommodations. Front lobby staff, pool wait staff, and room service staff were attentive and helpful. Would recommend staying for at least three nights to have time to enjoy both the hotel property and Key West.

Relaxing stay at a beautiful hotel which is centrally located. Very clean with comfortable rooms, excellent housekeeping and friendly staff. I would recommend staying there!
