Jen Roman was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this property.

Property was good however our room was terrible. No place to put luggage or set things on. Especially in the bathroom. Room was clean but walls needed repair and painted. Grout was missing on tiled floors. Our bed was awful. Looks like they put a think foam topper on an old mattress and toilet was very low to floor making it next to impossible to use for older customers. Tv didn’t turn off.

The property gave us the old town key west vibe we were looking for. I didn’t like the toilet in our room.

On a prior trip we stayed at a condo by Smithers Beach . This time I went with a few friends and we wanted to stay closer to Duvall and the action and we wanted to find rooms at less than 400 a night . We had a 5 night stay and it was awesome. The desk staff and concierges Louis and Roman were so helpful in helping to find parking and making suggestions . Breakfast was included in the resort fee and it was nice - boiled eggs, ham, cheese , muffins, bagels and fruit . The location is awesome and you can walk to the waterfront and Duvall. I had room 105 which was nice but small . My friends had room 116 with sitting area on first level and bedroom on second. Every day we hung out at pool. Second floor deck is clothing optional if you want to get a great tan sans clothes ( wasn’t anyone doing this while we were there ). Bathrooms were a bit dated but this wasn’t a huge thing .

Lovely, quiet, friendly, peaceful stay in early January. Roman, at the desk, was so helpful with restaurant and entertainment recommendations! And with “how to get around” information! We loved greeting him every day, and just running into him. He is perfect in his position. We have booked fancier rooms in more expensive B&B’s, but have never stayed in one so very friendly. We loved it and will go back again. I don’t need antiques and a selection of pillows…. Heron House Court had everything I wanted. Heated pool, wonderful, convenient location …. Didn’t need a car.. And the staff was the best we’ve ever encountered. We’re in our 60’s and 70’s and have been around the block! No regrets.
