酒店位置極佳，在希瓦內城，主要景點酒店開窗即見，遊玩過程隨時可以回酒店休息，早上晚上人少時可以漫步古城。酒店設施舒適，早餐豐盛。提供付費烏爾根奇接機服務和付費希瓦站送站服務，可以郵件與酒店預約。服務態度很好，推薦來希瓦遊玩的朋友入住。請注意，淋浴熱水需要放較長時間，沒有牙具和瓶裝水。

환경보호를 위한 비품 관리 방침이 좋다. 다른 호텔들도 이렇게 하면 좋겠다.
위치는 Ichan Qa'la 내에 있어서 이찬 칼라를 관광하기에 최적이다. 다른 리뷰에 쓰인 것처럼 관광 도중 화장실 가고 싶으면 호텔방으로 올 수 있다는 점이 아주 좋았고
기차역으로 가는 길도 쉽다. (팁! 이찬 칼라로 갈 때 구글지도 경로는 무시하고 그냥 히바 역 정면 방향 정원 같은 길로 쭉 직진하세요. 계속계속 직진하면 이찬 칼라 동문이 나옵니다.)
방이 진짜 넓다. 스위트룸도 아닌데 침실과 거실이 별도로 나뉘어져 있고 전용 발코니도 있고 그 각각도 다 넓음.
직원들도 친절하고 영어와 일어로 의사소통 가능.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage innerhalb der Stadtmauer von Chiwa. Man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuss erkunden. Sehr empfehlenswert ist der Stadtmauernrundgang, besonders zum Sonnenuntergang. Die Lobby ist sehr ansprechend und auch der Frühstücksraum. Unser Zimmer im 1. Stock war in Ordnung, jedoch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es war sehr ruhig und man konnte gut schlafen. Trinkwasser gab es in Spendern am Gang. Das Frühstück war der Hotelkategorie entsprechend. Es gab eine Dachterrasse mit traumhaften Ausblick. Leider war das Ambiente dort nicht sehr ansprechend. Hier könnte man mehr daraus machen. Im Innenhof gab es Sitzgelegenheiten, aufgrund der Temperaturen im März konnten wir diese leider nicht nützen. Aufgrund der guten Lage können wir das Hotel weiterempfehlen, man kann mit dem Auto bis vor das Hotel zufahren.

Although the Arkanchi hotel is located in the old town near to the western gate, taxis can still park right outside the hotel, which is substantial, being on two floors. Reception staff were polite. I was told of the tourist tax and paid it. The lobby area is large and light with several sofas. I had a double room on the ground floor, with two single beds. It was of a good size. There was a desk with chair and another easy chair. It had a refrigerator, which unfortunately was not working. The bathroom was modern with a walk-in shower. There was also a kettle for making drinks. This was the first hotel in Uzbekistan where I found the bed comfortable: all the others had been too firm. I found the breakfast a bit disappointing, though there was a selection of hot and cold food. I would have liked to have seen more pastries. I would stay at this hotel again.

The high-point of this hotel is that it is located inside the Archan Kala walled complex which has most of the sights in Khiva. The staff in this place are not very conversant with English and the coordination was not up-to-the mark. The room itself was not very spacious and it had three single beds though we are a couple. Breakfast was of limited choice and items were served cold. No international news channel such as BBC, CNN, Al Jazeera were available on the flat screen TV. There was a minifridge. The wifi was robust but the electrical charging points were few. The toiletries were minimal,
