"The hotel is located near the main attraction, which is very convenient. The room is nice, and there are laundry services, currency exchange, and massage available. However, there were some drawbacks: the room lacked disposable amenities and a bathrobe. Also, there was a musty-smelling towel, as if it had been forgotten in the washing machine; the smell was awful, but they replaced it immediately. When I wiped the wet floor with the foot towel, it turned grey from dust. The breakfast for a 7000-ruble room seemed meager to me. The towels in the hotel look old and are also stiff. I would not repeat this experience; I believe for this price, one can have a more pleasant stay."

"Firstly - Twins Hotel in Khiva, is in Uzbekistan, not in Spain as Trip Advisor seems to think? Bit of a difference. Great hotel, easy check-in, English spoken at reception. Spotlessly clean white rooms, good bathroom, very efficient aircon, which will be essential in summer. Good breakfast with hot and cold options. Location is perfect for walking to the old city sites, especially at night when it is all beautifully lit up."
