Guest UserWhen we arrived, we were told the hotel was fully booked. Although we had booked a room for the night and it was confirmed, we were not offered a room. Instead, we had to stay in a much lower-standard hotel 500 meters away. Unfortunately, there was no compensation, and we had to pay in cash, as card payments were supposedly not accepted. Not recommended!
