Hôtel de charme, sans prétention. Excellente localisation dans la vieille ville. Personnel très serviable. Beau toit terrasse avec une belle vue sur la ville. Chambre bien décorée ; la literie est moyenne. Il faudrait changer le rideau de la douche , ce ne serait pas du luxe ! Par contre, nous y avons pris un repas le soir, 10 euros par personne, c’est le plus cher de tout notre séjour et il n’y avait pas quoi se rassasier ! Salle aveugle pour le PDJ qui est correct sans plus.

Very cozy place in the hart of the ancient city, with a terrase where you have nice overview on the city. Good to come here at the night. Good and kind reception. Interesting decourations of the hotel,also inside of the rooms. Bathrooms in each room.

3 nuits passés dans cet hôtel. C'est un hôtel simple, avec un accueil aimable. Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes, toujours manque de place pour poser deux valises. La salle de bains était normale, ni petite, ni grande, propre. Bonne literie. Bon petit déjeuner. Par contre, nous y avons pris un repas, un soir en terrasse, 10 euros par personne, le plus cher de tout notre séjour en Ouzbékistan, et pas transcendant. bine placé.

Questo piccolo hotel nel cuore della città vecchia è pulito e confortevole, ideale per visitare Ichan-Kala. Il gestore è davvero gentile e ti aiuta nell'organizzazione dei tour nei dintorni di Khiva (Fortezze e Aral). Camera non troppo spaziosa ma curata, bellissima la colazione sulla terrazza, con vista su Khiva. Rapporto q/p adeguato. Lo consiglio.

We loved out one night stay at Zukhro - we were dropped off by a private transport from Nukus at the North Gate of the old town, and one of the Zukhro staff members had been waiting there for us in his car so that we did not have to drag our luggage on foot to the hotel. Nice touch. Rooms are comfortable and functional, cold bottled water was provided, wifi is strong, and the roof top terrace is a major plus. Service was extremely friendly and this included a late checkout so that we could keep exploring Khiva free of hassle. Breakfast was served in a traditional carpeted room at low tables and included fresh fruit, jams and freshly made Gumma which were absolutely delicious. For the overall price point this place is excellent.

Friendly and very helpful staff and very nicely located inside the old townwall. Breakfast could be improved. Also the roof top terasse has some nice views over the old city. Since the old city is very dense all POI are within short walking distance.

La literie est excellente, la décoration et l'emplacement de l'hôtel en font un plus. En revanche je ne comprends pas les commentaires si élogieux : la salle de bain est sale, la tuyauterie, qui tient mal est sale. Les contours de la baignoires sont eux aussi sales, et ne parlons pas du rideau de douche ! J'ajoute qu'il y a un vrai problème d'extraction d'air et que les odeurs de cuisines et odeurs bizarres propres à la chambre non désagréables. Et pour terminer : aucun rangement. Pas d'armoire ni placard pour ranger nos vêtements.

From first contact to departure very friendly and one of the most loving accommodations. Everything was just wonderful, the rooms very spacious and clean. The breakfast was sensational. And the roof terrace simply a dream. Ali gave us valuable tips and was with his family a very friendly and nice host. We can recommend this hotel without reservation to anyone who visits this magical city. Loving it 😊

Lovely family-run guesthouse just few steps away from the heart of Khiva. The staff is great and very helpful. The guesthouse has also a great rooftop terrace with an amazing view on the old town, especially at sunset. Totally recommended!
