This is the best place to stay!! the staff are really knowledgable and helpful. Madam Gloria does a fantastic job representing Radisson blue hotel Kigali. The drinks ordered received on time and breakfast brunch buffet was fantastic, and the property is stunning. When you are in the cleanest city Kigali, Radisson blue is the hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Blu Hotel Kigali and can confidently say it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Clean room, happy and friendly staff, beautiful view of the city and nice drinks at a well organized Bar!! thanks to the management and to the team working at the bar...Gloria and her colleagues are exceptional..

I was grateful for the excellent service I received at Radisson Blue Hotel Kigali. Any request made was met with high efficiency and friendliness without any hesitation. I want to thank Gloria Mutesi and her fellow group who looked after us. She did a fantastic job. Rwandan culture and customer service are so high.

Great experience, with a warm welcome, great staff, very helpful and service minded. Jean-Claude at the front desk was most helpful. Centrally located, easy drive to the airport, great facilities. Look forward to a follow up visit to this great country.

A hotel employee named innocent helped us with our checkout process. He was extremely helpful and informative. He is a wonderful representative of Radisson. The property is lovely and the breakfast brunch buffet was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel when staying in Kigali.
