The rooms are clean and well furnished. Beds are comfortable. The meals are good, standard continental style. Servings are big portions. Location is right in town, easy access to shops and the airport. Challenge though is that it can get quite noisy from the street traffic. Would recommend

Hôtel très agréable avec une belle vue sur la ville et un bon restaurant qui accepte les réservations extérieurs ce qui donne une bonne ambiance ( pas que « touristique ») Vous avez aussi plein de possibilités de vous restaurer à l’extérieur Les professionnels de l’établissement feront le max pour vous satisfaire. Sa localisation nous a permis de visiter Kigali très facilement et d’être au calme le soir sur une belle terrasse. Nous reviendrons.

I am Smith TourGuide i tried to use Five to five for the airport pick up of my clients from Dubai and i could not imagine my clients having a happy moment with the staff lead by Robert , simply felt comfortable at the hotel. Pleasant staff, excellent dining options, and a cozy room with a lovely patio. Overall, it was a wonderful stay in a lovely part of a wonderful city with lots of interesting things to see. The hotel is situated next to a bustling business corridor. Really i recommend Five to five hotel to all international Vistors For the better safari and memorable stay in Rwanda 🇷🇼
