Excellent Hotel. The staff here were amazing. From Jen, Charlotte, Joseph and Derrick. Always went above and beyond during our nine day stay. Rooms were extremely clean. Had a little hiccup with air conditioner but they were fast to fix the problem. The restaurant staff were incredible and the food was just as amazing. Their kindness and expertise made this an incredible stay. Thank you to all the staff. Don Radtke Canada

Nice hotel, a bit oldish, very clean and confortable. My room and bed were amazing. But the best of it all is the kindness and the smiles of the staff. I promised to come back. Spent a week there and really enjoyed my stay. The ginger tea with honey at breakfast is ti die for.

My husband and I recently spent 6 nights at the hotel while we attended a conference. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and professional. Breakfast is included and the setting around the courtyard is beautiful. The restaurant around the pool was a highlight; such a serene and beautiful setting.

The hotel pick up at midnight was confusing. The driver did not display my name visibly and it took me 1/2 hour to find him. Once I got to the hotel the check in was efficient and friendly. The room was very large but the shower was old and only had warm-ish water. No hot water. The desk set up had a computer on it that took up most of the desk. The outlets for your computer are under the desk but required disconnecting things that were plugged in. The air conditioner was very loud but it helped cool the room down. Service in the pool restaurant took forever and the service was not at all friendly. The food was not very good. For the money I saved I should have stayed at the Radisson Blue. This hotel is ok but not for the price. I won’t be staying here again.

Staff responsive and polite regarding my requests. Pool had nice temperature. Sauna was nice too. Price was very reasonable for quality of hotel. Bath water wasn’t very hot but okay. Surprised by extra features in room like bathroom scale and keyboard with monitor. Plenty of drinking water available but only tea, not coffee in my room. Bed super comfortable. I would stay here again.

I brought a university group to Kigali and stayed at Grand Legacy. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are incredibly accommodating. Whatever we needed, they did it and went beyond. The rooms are really beautiful, far exceeding what I expected for the price. The restaurant is great and really lively. We needed a meeting room at the last minute and they arranged it all, literally within about 10 minutes. We had issues with our driver and bus company and they immediately found a solution. I actually had been in Kigali a few weeks before for a conference and stayed at another hotel that is considered one of their top hotels, and I found Grand Legacy to be more comfortable!
