This was an extended stay. We had to extend our stay since we liked it here so much. Why move?

The single rooms have no windows, only a small high window in the bathroom. There is no air conditioning. Naturally there is no breeze and it is hot. When it is sunny in Kigali, it is too hot to stay in this hotel's single rooms without air conditioning. The single rooms also do not have refrigerators. The TVs turn on, but in many rooms (this is my fourth time staying at this hotel) nothing shows up. Even if they do, there are only three channels. There is a wide selection of breads for breakfast, and the cappuccinos and cafe lattes are also delicious. There is a wide variety of fruits, and the vegetable omelettes are very well salted. The front desk staff are also friendly. The only problem is the facilities.

The house is clean, and customer-experience is good. Their breakfast recipe is rich, and I like tree tomatoes juice, pineapple a lot!

Reservation team here is just terrible. i checked in on a business trip at 4:00 AM and they aid that they are not having my reservation. Had to wait for one hour in the night to get things sorted out Its just terrible as none cared at the desk. Had to skip my 3 nights here. Terrible services, owners should be ashamed of their teams
