Somewhat disappointing... not hot water; a kettle but no cups or coffee in the room. The staff was good but no compensation for the lack of shower or coffee in the room.,....so hard to find a reasonably priced hotel in Kigali. I do not think I would return....just keep trying other places.

Fantastic service. Very friendly staff clean rooms and great food.. Will highly recommend this establishment to any business person. Make a point of asking for Emanuel at reception. He makes every trip plain sailing for me.

The hotel has very friendly staff, great swimming pool and the food is great too. They also have a Shuttle bus. The hotel is neat but sometimes the central hot water fails to come early enough. Hotel manager who understands English is highly recommended at all times so as to attend to customers needs.

Decent hotel. I was picked up from the airport very promptly. Location is well with in the city, just 10 minutes from the airport. Staff is polite. There was a issue regarding water supply but it was resolved soon.

Excellent service and good hospitality. The staff are welcoming and enjoyed interacting with Emmanuel the head of Front office. I would advice anyone to consider the hotel while in Kigali.The food was good and enjoyed the Rwandan delicious foods.

Regarding the Olympic hotel service You have a very good staff, you make sure that the work is always done on time (transport to the airport for newcomers) And for the accommodation the service is ok the price is worth it Wifi available A fairly spacious setting But regarding lunch is not too often appreciated You need to see again your food staff Here is my point of view
