酒店比較老，設施比較陳舊，特別是衞生間很小，淋浴間是衞生間更小的一小塊，房間有味道，插頭佈局很不合理，服務水平也有待提高，不值得推薦

We were accommodated here by Rwandair after a canceled flight. Very nice welcome and friendly employees. A special mention for Eugene! Rooms a bit dated but with every comfort - good beds and very good shower. Nice swimming pool and excellent breakfast buffet. The buffets in the afternoon and evening were also of good quality with very fresh products. The hotel is very large with many meeting rooms, so it is quite busy during the day. The location does not really invite you to walk, but it is ideally located close to the airport.

This is a good hotel however the adjacent construction site works 24 hours. I arrived very early in the morning and needed what remained of the night to sleep. That was impossible with the noise from the construction site. They use heavy machinery all through the night with constant beeping as the excavators reverse (which they do a lot). I don't know why they are allowed to do it. There are other residences around the construction area and it must be miserable for them. I moved room for the second night and had a really good sleep. Everything else was good.

Very friendly. Very clean. Good service. But be sure to book opposite of construction site. They tell you it will stop at dusk but the trucks will continue all night,. Had to change rooms at 11pm when I realized they were not going to stop. A hassle but they got us another room.

Light filled sunny good sized rooms. Decent breakfast. Shower poorly maintained - clogged sink, shower door wheels broken, tils broken and difficult to control water temperature. Staff was very helpful.

Nice Hotel. The room I had, the TV was not facing the bed. I'm not sure that this is how all the rooms are structured but it would be nice to lie in bed and watch TV. There is cable and also WIFI. The staff are courteous and nice. The buffet is on point and there is a swimming pool. Would recommend.

The hotel is big with, the room is OK as well as the Internet, but the hotel plan is bizarre and you may have to go up and down a lot to get to your room (no lifts).
Breakfast is OK with few changes everyday.
However, my safe box was closed on my arirval.I called recpetion twice to help me and nobody came. I gave up.
Good ponit is a free airport shuttle. and it has a nice swming pool.
I could return but it would not be my first option. It is well lcalted close to the airport.
