It was our second time here and everytime it was really very relaxing! It was an excellent massage by Georgina and Aknil (? Not sure of spelling). My husband and myself booked a massage and the 2 therapists were very friendly and professional. They gave us a very relaxing massage! We will recommend this hotel to our friends!

I was not the one who got the treatment but it was a gift for my mother in law. She loved the location and said the treatment was incredible. She said she felt so relaxed afterwards and her skin was so smooth (she got the Summer glow package). She particularly enjoyed the sale scrub and the scalp massage.

The bed was exquisite. The room was huge. Loved the water and chocolates in the room. Shower was amazing with many shower heads. Also the toiletries were of high quality. The food at the restaurant was exquisite with a large wine selection and the service impecable.

I was given a room located on the second floor with a window that had direct access to a roof. The window was tucked in a corner so there was only indirect light. Since all other rooms had window sill level access to this roof we did not feel safe. I called the front desk twice stating we did not feel safe and they never responded. Also given there was only indirect light it was very dark in the room. Worst room I have ever been in. Terrible customers service too. Will be staying at another hotel next time. There are much nicer options as the rooms need a refresh.

Beautiful hotel with great service, Miguel at the front desk was amazing and helped me out with a little favour, thanks Miguel! Most comfortable beds and pillows we had of our 6 hotels on our 10 day trip. Good daily breakfast selection, with lots of choices.

This was my first stay at the Killarney Plaza and I intend to return. The location is central to the town, yet my room could have been in the middle of nowhere - it was so quiet. Excellent bed and bed linen - I should have checked the brands! Aside from several obnoxious middle-aged American golfers (male) making the bar intolerable - which was hardly the hotel's fault (and I repaired to the peaceful lobby) - I had an excellent stay.
