"If you are going to stay in Killarney be sure to book this place. It's situated on the river and is beautifully in every way. Eileen is lovely and breakfast was very filling !! The room we were given was overlooking the river and beautifully decorated. It's about a mile walk into Killarney with lots of bars and restaurants and great access to the ring of Kerry and Dingle peninsula"

"It is a traditional Irish-style hotel. It is very luxurious, but there are some minor inconveniences. The bathroom, in particular, is a bit inconvenient. The location is convenient, situated right in the middle of the company and near a great pub."

"Description states mountain view but there is no view at all and no privacy on the ground floor standard family room they assigned. When i highlighted this, they said only penthouse has mountain view :( The water heater and living room heater is not fully functional. Washing machine was an utter disaster- the drum does not spin and only made alot of noise for the 1-2hr run. At last i had to spend many euros and much precious time to find a laundromat nearby to wash and clean my family’s clothes! Utter disappointment!!!"

"The room is spacious with three beds, suitable for families, and also has a skylight. The only downside is that the bathroom facilities are basic. It's within walking distance of the train and bus stations, making it convenient for exploring the city and visiting attractions."
