Very good hotel with restaurant + bar Free carpark

Lovely hotel, not far from the centre, lady who checked us in, was friendly and smiling and chatty, the room were spacious, clean and tidy, with the usual drink compliments. The hotel has an onsight bar, which closed at 12 ,which I find a bit strange. For a hotel, we're used to 2/4 closes. However that would not put us of returning.

The location served us well with easy access to downtown. I would describe the hotel as a little tired and in need of some updates and cleaning. Our room was basic but adequate the carpet was in need of a deep cleaning! The room was warm with no way for us to control the temperature. You get what you pay for and the room was more affordable than others in the area. I will say the staff were friendly and helpful.

I stayed in the killarney court hotel with my family for 2 nights in April. I emailed and got in touch with Naomi. She couldn’t have done enough for us, telling us about the amazing deals the do and what would suit us best. When we arrived we were greeting at reception by Clodagh who was also very helpful and kind. We had such a lovely time and have already booked in to come back during the summer. The room was so spacious and clean, we couldn’t have asked for anything better. I cannot wait to come back again.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! General manager carol was very rude in all my life I have never been treated by the way carol treated us we had two nights booked and stayed the first night with no issues carol was working the Saturday 04/05/24 and that’s when issues started there was no spot for parking we went into reception to ask what do we do and that was when carol piped up and started making smart comments we brushed it off and went to our rooms carol followed us up to the room with security and demanded and apology she made us step outside our rooms when I was a in a towel in a busy hallway with loads of people looking even when we had nothing to apologise for she then evicted us from the property including a pregnant lady and when asked where do we stay we were told it was none of her concern she then offered a refund to us the card machine would not work for a refund then she refused to give cash for the refund once the gaurds were called she handed out a refund no problem the hotel might be lovely but when you have general managers such as carol who likes to belittle their customers and employees they only run it into the ground and lose customers never in my life will I be back or I will never recommend anyone to stay here

This trip was my 3rd time. Myself and two friends availed of the girlie getaway. Our stay was fantastic from start to finish. All the staff are so pleasant and helpful. The rooms are spotless and comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant that night and the food was gorgeous. We were taken care of by the duty manger Aoife who could not be more helpful and great craic. We fully enjoyed yet another stay here and we will be returning soon.

From we enter to leaving absolutely amazing staff beautiful hotel beautiful food the most comfortable place , room spotless, highly recommend staying here, we will definitely be back thank you Killarney court hotel you should all be so proud especially reception lady clodagh she was so helpful thank you

I stayed here for 2 nights while on tour of Ireland. Rooms were spotless, roomy, lovely toiletries. The view from the room of the mountains fabulous. Breakfast was awesome huge variety of hot and cold food. Staff very professional, accommodating, friendly and very helpful. Convenience store next door for munchies and laundromat next door I used for my 2 night stay. Highly recommended.

Phenomenal stay. The hotel and bar staff are so kind! It’s an easy 10-15 minute walk from all of the shops & pubs. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
