In the small town, this hotel is centrally located and very convenient. The facilities can't be said to be the best but cost-effective.

Great location everything at the doorstep. Noise level was too much on first floor so try stay on 2nd or 3rd floor. Staff are very friendly and very obliging.

This is by far the best hotel in Killarney. From the minute you walk in the door your made feel so welcome. Rooms are impeccable, food is top class including a breakfast that will not be beaten. Finally the staff & management are so friendly & helpful, can't fault this place

Great breakfast, comfortable beds, friendly staff, clean rooms and surroundings, very central, really nice Park and walk to Ross Castle. We didn't use the pool, but it looked nice, too.

We had a lovely time, Sabina the receptionist was so kind and helpful to us she looked after us very well we just want to show our Appreciation for her and the hotel, the hotel it’s self if beautifulthe food is nice we had a lovely dinner there also
