Killarney is the starting point of the Ring of Kerry. The hotel restaurant is very good, but the wifi signal cannot be connected.

The hotel exceeded expectations, looks like a castle, and the rooms are large and comfortable. The hotel restaurant and breakfast are excellent. There are supermarkets and gas stations next to the hotel, which is very suitable for self-driving tours. 2.5 kilometers from the city center.

We had a lovely weekend in Killarney Heights the hotel was spotless the staff were so friendly and the food and service excellent. We will definitely be back.

Hotel located about a 20 minute walk from Killarney town centre. Rooms are nice but very warm with no way to cool them down except open a restricted window.
Wi-Fi in the hotel is poor and has connection issues and the “smart” tvs have no option to connect an internet source which means the smart aspect of the tv is pointless and you are left to the 15 or so saorview channels. We asked the duty manager to help us sort out this problem and he didn’t know how to explain the fact the smart tv had no available network settings and setting up a connection was impossible despite mentioning he faced this issue with several other guests during their respective stays.
I would avoid this hotel if I returned to Killarney as overall the experience was not a pleasant one.

The Heights Hotel was a very comfortable stay. Staff was very kind, room was very comfortable and the breakfast was great! We did a one night stay before we got on the Ring of Kerry.
Great location if you have a car - but if you don't you've got a 20-30 minute walk to the restaurants in Killarney.

Buon hotel. Stanza abbastanza grande e pulita. Letti comodi. Molto comodo il parcheggio incluso. La colazione a buffet (ottimo il prezzo di 10€ a persona) è essenzialmente di tipo irlandese, con una piccola offerta internazionale. La posizione è abbastanza decentrata, quindi per poter raggiungere il centro di Killarney è necessario fare una ventina di minuti a piedi o ricorrere al taxi (costo della corsa di circa 10€)
