Fantastic hotel with really friendly staff. Went out of there way to help - lots of info on Glasgow, how to get around and places to go. Must be a great place to work as all staff are helpful, obliging and all seem very happy at work - from reception staff, servers and maintenance staff. Can't say enough good things. Delight to stay here for second time. Will definitely come back

I have yet to stay at this hotel, but felt compelled to write a review to say how wonderful the customer service has been during the enquiry/reservation process. My email enquiry was promptly answered by Jodie, who answered every one of my queries. This was then followed up by a phone call to make the reservation, and then another email to confirm the reservation. Jodie was friendly and professional at all times, but more importantly, she made me feel that my custom was really valued! I believe that first impressions are extremely important, and based on Jodie’s politeness and professionalism, I am really looking forward to my stay in a few months time!!! Very well done!!

Lovely service from Emma, Yvonne & Carrie & ,Kirsty great hospitality in Scotland , excellent service l! Love the food, great welcoming, room was excellent, great location next to glasgow airport. Highly recommend for anyone going to Scotland.
