"We booked 3 nights 6-9th March. The day before booking premiere inn told us refurbishment work going on- no breakfast- no restaurant. Free pastries/Coffees and Fruit offered. Turned up in the middle of a major construction site in the car park. No parking for builders vans. Had to park in adjacent car showroom. Hotel was in lockdown really - rooms shoddy past there sell by dates-no shower gel in bathroom containers- reported but never refilled. Free breakfast was a joke Coffee tea yes 3 day old fruit Cheap croissants Pretty disgusting"

"Stayed one night in room number one. There was a loud humming noise coming from outside the bedroom window. I spoke to the hotel about this and was told the appliance would turn off at 9pm. We came back from the gig around 11.30pm and it was still running. It continued to turn on and off throughout the night. If we had been staying longer i would have complained and moved rooms. There are other reviews on here about noise issues in this hotel."

"Just an overnight stop over. This was our first time at this hotel. It is literally 6 minutes from the terminal door, so it's fine unless it's pouring rain! Nice, friendly, and fast check-in and a very good atmosphere. Good, comfortable, and quiet room. Ours was a deluxe king. It would have been nice to have a proper armchair, but that's me just being too fussy! We left early so didn't eat but the restaurant looked very inviting. Would stay again without hesitating."

"Two weeks after my stay I received a parking charge from Horizon of close to £60 with a demand for payment within two weeks or it would be just under £100. They included photos of my car when I arrived and left the hotel. On phoning the hotel, it became clear this was business as usual for Premier Inn. They sent an email to Horizon to cancel my charge which I asked them to share with me too. Then I emailed Horizon for confirmation the charge was cancelled but was asked them to share reason for the cancellation. So I’m left with the threat of a fine over my head. Avoid Premier Inn like the plague unless you want involvement with hideous money grasping companies like Horizon. It’s also the most soulless hotel I’ve ever visited."

"I stayed overnight with my mum and my dog to break our journey up. The whole experience was so positive. The hotel and room were clean, quiet and everything we needed. Plenty of parking outside. The staff were exceptional! They were all so friendly, chatty and helpful and made our stay a real pleasure. They went above and beyond for us and our dog. Would 100% recommend."
