Very good price. Room is tidy. No tooth brush and tooth paste provided. No water kettle to boil hot water which is esssential to us. Location is not close to train station.

The room is Toyoko Inn as good as ever! The breakfast is rich, and I didn't eat the rice balls unique to Toyoko Inn in Osaka this time, but the curry chicken rice is delicious! The room is also bright and spacious in a rare Japanese hotel! The bus to Kisarazu Outlets runs every ten minutes, and there are buses very late, super convenient! Here I would like to mention the clean and tidy toilets at the station facing the road outside in the photo. This is worth learning from the Chinese management!

About 15 minutes away from Mitsui Outlets Mugenjin Store, there is a supermarket across the road, the location is very good 👍 breakfast is very good, there are many guests dining. The bus to the Jintian Bus Terminal is out of service, and Haneda Airport can take the Limousin bus to Mitsui Ole.

This hotel is extremely convenient and located right next to Haneda Airport. If you are arriving Haneda late night this is the hotel of choice. There is a shuttle bus that runs between Haneda terminal 1 and the last bus is at 11:10 pm, from terminal 1. The hotel is kind of a designer hotel with very clean good sized rooms. Toilet is very clean and shiny. The view from our room to the airport was just amazing

I'm happy with the room and services, however the room is a bit compact but it's a typical Japanese hotel room and has thin walls.. I was shocked during my first night when I was hearing somebody trying to open my door and called the reception for help. Hotel staff is very friendly and came to check. Apparently it was the guest who was staying a room beside me was opening the door. Overall quite good stay but maybe something to take note of due to the thin walls.

Great stay and good use of the hot springs. We got everything we expected: clean room, attentive staffs, and rich breakfast buffet. Free ice cream/probiotic drink on the 15th floor and free nightly ramen noodle soup on the 2nd floor were bonuses! The hotel is newer and modern with great soundproof. The hot springs section for men was always busy, and the women's only had a few people at a time. The top floor (15th) has the hot springs, vending machines, reading tables with huge window, book shelves with lots of manga, three individual rooms with massage chairs, and a roof terrace with city view. The breakfast buffet consisted of majority of Japanese style food, which was what I wanted. The food was fresh and tasted just right, and the deep fried food was hot and crispy. It was the best breakfast buffet I have ever had in this trip!

The hotel is located in central spot although its 20min walk to Yokohama station. The surrounding area has malls for shopping and food restaurants. You can probably see all that Yokohama has to offer in one day. Yokohoma is very beautiful.

Hotel room is clean and spacious for my family with 2 kids. Location is good with convenience store and pharmacy right near the lobby. 5 mins walk from station. Will choose this hotel again for sure.
