Nice and comfortable airport hotel. Location is tremendous, as it’s near to SEA airport, with lots of food venues around. A complimentary airport shuttle is available. The shuttle departs every thirty minutes to the airport, at :00 and :30. Exceptionally kind and helpful staff at the hotel, however, one specific shuttle driver was extremely rude and unbothered. I did not catch his name. Didn’t bother helping me with my suitcases and at the airport didn’t bother taking out my suitcases either. Also the shuttle departed full, so some passengers had to stand. Rooms were very clean, but a bit outdated. Since the hotel is big, there are two fitness facilities available, very convenient. I had a 1 bed queen room with a balcony, which is a nice touch. I would stay again, if staying near SEA airport.

Stayed here recently and liked my stay very much. Due to Covid the hotel restaurant was not open which was disappointing but understandable. I stayed in a spa suite room at a very fair rate. The spa suite is a nice room and allows for a good soak with bubbles to relax. Good Internet, desk for work. Property felt safe , good parking in a well lit lot. Property is near tons of eateries and shopping. Super easy access to I-5 to both Tacoma and Seattle. Staff were efficient and accommodating. I would easily stay here again.

Let me begin by saying I was born and raised in Washington. I know very well what a nasty place Southcenter can be and I knew this was not the Ritz Carlton, but this was a once in a lifetime disaster. The main reason my wife booked the hotel was because it had a pool and hot tub. Well, they do but it's ”under construction” and of co**** this is not listed on any site. Upon further investigation, it would appear that the pool had been closed or months, possibly years. We checked in and when we arrived at our room it was not very clean to say the least. The bed seemed clean and that was all. My wife took a few pictures that I have attached. We tried to settle in and deal with it but all of the sudden the room began to vibrate. Somewhere in close proximity to our room was the housekeeping laundry and the washer spin was shaking the room so bad I felt my vertigo start to trigger. We went and asked for another room and they gave us one. This room was just as dirty, but the bed was also broken. Not more than 15 minutes after we arrived at the new room the fire alarm went off and shut off again. A couple minutes later it went off again and shut off. We thought it was a test so we waited a couple of minutes and then I saw red flashing lights come through the window. The fire department had arrived. Now it's time to see what is happening. My wife and I arrived in the lobby in time to meet the fire dept. head demanding to see the manager. She was on the phone and another employee asked if he could help. The fireman demanded to see the manager. She finally came out and guess what the fireman asked? Why did you cancel the fire alarm twice when there was a fire in the fitness room? He was irate with her. So now they have officially endangered the lives of every person in the hotel and we were not about to stat after that. We said we were checking out and asked for a refund. The receptionist checked us out and refunded the second night but my wife noticed not the current night stay. She said she couldn't and called the manager over. She said ”I don't know what you heard, but you have already been here so I won't refund you for tonight.” We had been there less than 2 hours and she refused to refund the night.

I’ve stayed at this hotel whenever I’m in Bellevue, WA for well over thirty years. My earliest memories of this property were as a Red Lion Hotel. Then it became a Double Tree and finally, on its deathbed , it’s a Hilton. How the mighty have fallen… Not withstanding the property, which I’ll get into, I will say that the staff are generally kind and helpful. So this review is not to diminish their efforts. However hard they work, the reality is this property is beyond salvage and should be torn down and a new property should be built in its place. The bedrooms are grossly outdated, and when you look behind the doors, or in between the furniture, you’ll see how old this hotel is. While it’s sizeable in space and scope, the elevators are tragically slow, with two-of-four being out of commission when we stayed there recently. Sadly, the water pressure is so low it takes forever to wash and rinse. Our keycard failed three separate times, requiring a long walk and painful elevator ride back to the main desk where the staff reset the keycard. The pool is functioning, but there were never enough chairs and loungers. Add to this there were never enough fresh towels and you’re getting the taste of mediocrity this hotel delivers. One absolutely disgusting site is the swamp that lies just beside the pool (down the concrete foundation about twenty feet). I have no idea who thinks this is aesthetically pleasing, but it’s not. It’s home to a few ducks who clearly have poor taste in accommodations, as did we. This poolside unattraction is downright ugly. One thing I was interested to see were several staff members not wearing any type of formal Hilton uniforms. The breakfast buffet chef was literally dressed in Carharts with a t-shirt, work boots and a ball cap on. And one of the maintenance staff looked like he just walked in off the street. Management must have been on vacation at another property. Finally, the outside of the building, including the massive sloping glass facade, clearly hasn’t been washed in decades. And worse, yet, the parking area is filthy to say the least. Food containers, candy wrappers, cigarette butts and hygiene products lay a strewn for days with no effort to maintain a modest effort in appearance. This was the last time we will stay at this hotel. If you want to save yourself frustration and disappointment, I encourage you to stay at the new Marriott up the street. Literally blocks away, it’s a cleaner, nicer bet.

The Marriott in Bellevue is seriously a hidden Gem amongst some of the more established hotels on the Bellevue Square *****. Although I bears the name of the main brand, it is often overshadowed by the Westin or W AND it shouldn’t be. It’s an amazing hotel that caters to the elite 4/5 star customer with: 1) A great Lounge - which neither of the other Marriott brand hotels in the area have. For those accessing the lounge it has daily snacks, great breakfast and drinks (not alcohol) 24/7 2) a quick and courteous valet service 3) GREAT staff! 4) A top notch gym that exceeds many hotel gyms I’ve been to including Fairmont, 4 Seasons and Westins 5) Spacious and well appointed rooms 6) Excellent value 6) Did I say GREAT staff ?? Overall I can honestly say that our family loves this hotel. We will be back! Also posting this on google and Tripadvisor

The hotel is very clean, there is a paid basement parking, and there is a Starbucks on the first floor. The bed in the room is very comfortable. The double bed and double bed rooms are both very good. The king size bed room is a king size with a sofa bed, which is enough for 4 people. The twin bed is There are two queen sizes. There will be an ice machine and a microwave oven on the floor. When you check in, the front desk will tell you that it will be cleaned when you check out. If you need to clean it every day, you must tell the front desk in advance

I had to travel during the COVID restrictions. (It was an emergency) I was very nervous about what the check in would be like and how the room would be cleaned. On my arrival, the front desk was set up with a 12 foot social distance toy truck system. It was very ingenious toy truck and a ramp to take the cards to and from each person. The only card I sent up was my license and next to the truck ramp were wipes and hand jell so when I received my room card I could clean those too. The elevators had signs asking for only 2 passengers per ride and to keep socially distanced with masks. My room was so clean and remotes were wrapped in a paper stating they had been cleaned. When I had to return again a month later they had stickers on the door jam sealing the door stating they had been cleaned. The free breakfast was still served in a to go form. Individual bags had pastries and bagels and coffee in to go cups. I was extremely impressed with the care they took to make sure everything was clean and safe in our current situation. I stayed in a King bedroom suite. It was very spacious and the price was amazing. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to make a meal. We stayed in the same type of room our second trip and had our dog. There is a large open field about a block away that is used for dog training and was a great place to play with our dog and let her run. Anything you need is less than a mile away. Groceries, Costco, Target and a beautiful state park on the lake with swimming, play equipment and a boat launch. Not to mention the historical down town of Issaquah that is working on interesting ways to open all their restraints. I’m booking my 3rd stay, and hopefully last for a while but I will always make this my go to place.

Very nice hotel with great amenities but horrendous and rude staff. Stay clear from Chipo. If you have any issues do yourself a favor and just keep it to yourself. Management will retaliate and do everything in their power to make you feel unwelcome. Complained to management about staff entering room unauthorized, was told they enter to give us waters. We said we only want staff entering on cleaning days only and still with our do not disturb staff enters your room for no apparent reasons. Won't clean, just will randomly enter to bring you pillows or water when they feel you might need it........ Also make sure to communicate through emails as you will see unauthorized charges and you will have to fight with your evidence to get what is right.

The room had everything you need, including a Keurig coffee maker. The hotel was quiet and had a nice breakfast, with excellent bagels from nearby Blazing Bagels. Also an awesome coffee machine in the lobby that grinds the beans and makes great coffee drinks. Had one breakfast at the Pancake House next door, where you get a 15% discount when staying at the hotel. Nice location, and we were able to walk right from the hotel to the W. Samammish trail, where we had great views of the lake and Mt. Rainier about a mile or so south on the trail from a couple of piers.

Outstanding
CCharmaine S—-Positives Loved how clean and modern the hotel is!! Really gave excellent vibes as you step in. The room was SPARKLING CLEAN. Every corner. Much appreciated. The hotel gave four bottles of water daily.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The tourist fee gave lots of benefits such as the $15 daily credit which was much appreciated. The area the hotel was in felt largely safe in its vicinity. There were lists of info given. Negatives I arrived on thanksgiving and asked front desk if there were any available food offerings near the hotel and got non-answers…. I walked around everywhere only to realise most shops were shut. I felt that front desk could be more helpful. Was locked out of the room when the battery for the door died. I had to go up and down and request for front desk to accompany me up to ensure the door could be quickly fixed. Felt likee there could be more initiative from front desk esp in situations like these which I know isn’t their fault, more of a property issue. But a little initiative goes a long way. The blanket was really thin and didn’t feel like a proper bedding. But overall, I enjoyed my stay.

MMr. CruzGreat hotel awesome location. The gym was great they have a sauna and hot tub. Parking also isn't too expensive. Definitely a plus in Seattle. The room we stayed at looked like they rushed to clean it. Hair was still in the tub...safe to say we didn't use it. When booking our room the descriptions categorize the room as ”lake view”. That should definitely be updated to say ”city view” not ”lake view”. Kind of upset that we didn't know ahead of time because we would've upgraded if we would've known sooner. Also beware of construction being done in the city!!when we stayed 3 out of the 4 roads around the hotel were under construction. 2 of those roads were closed off and the city started work at 6am on Saturdays. 630am came around and there were jack hammers being used on the roads that could be heard on the 15th floor. All in all I would stay here again but would do more research before booking.

GGuest UserWe've stayed at this property a long time ago, when parking was free. Not it is $8 per night, however, that is just the sign of the time. Our party of 4 stayed in building 6, in one of the ”penthouse” suites. One loft upstairs with its own full bathroom. One room downstairs with its own full bathroom. The door closes. There is a roomy living room space, and a full kitchen. 3 TVs in the unit. This was a great set up as our group could stay together and fee like we're ”at home”. Used the refrigerator, coffee maker and mugs, and utensils. Kitchen towel, paper towel, and dishwasher came in handy. The room was very quiet, but when the AC is on, it is a bit loud. If you are a light sleeper, pack a noise cancellation headset just in case. Breakfast was quite interesting. Heavy Indian influence, maybe the clientele here is unique. We stuck with the usual banana, yogurt, omelet, hash brown, coffee, etc. There is a walking trail through the woods that drain down to the area below. It was a great morning walk. Overall we had a very good experience staying here over the weekend (2 nights). Front desk staff was very friendly.

GGuest UserClean and comfortable hotel. Room was spacious. Conveniently located close to the Westfield Southcenter Mall and few other shops and food venues. A complimentary airport shuttle is available from 4am until midnight. Upon checking in, I was told that my payment wasn’t completed, while this was done and confirmed few weeks before arrival already. Even though I showed my confirmation in the Trip.com app, they couldn’t accommodate me straight away. Luckily Trip.com has a 24/7 help centre and they were able to help me sort out the situation immediately and accordingly. For this, I thank Trip.com and their representatives. The lady at the desk told me she gave me a nice room, because of the inconvenience. I never asked for this, but it also turned out the room was nothing else than what I had already booked. The fitness is small, but has quiet the necessary equipment for a good workout. Very pricey for what you get, but since all accommodations are like this nowadays, I did not count this in my review. I would stay again, but only after confirming my booking.

JJesse MunkThis was one of the best Hotel experiences my wife and I have ever had. It began with an amazing Valet named Earnest. He was the most congenial and friendly valet I have ever met. He was unable to park our 1 ton truck in the underground parking. I had a bunch of tools in the back for a IT installation job I was in town to complete. Earnest felt genuinely concerned for the wellbeing of our vehicle and my tools. He went out of his way to help me empty the vehicle, and checked all of the items (which was a lot) in the baggage area of the hotel. He then helped to find street parking which was in a safe area, and actually saved us $60 in parking fees. After all of this Earnest then made an amazing dinner suggestion and even provided us with coupons which saved us a great deal on our dinner. As I returned to the hotel each day during my stay Earnest greeted me by name, without reminder. That is a feat in my book as I often can't remember coworkers names whom I interact with daily, for years. My wife and child accompanied me on this business trip. They eventually became visibly stir crazy. The Desk clerk noticed and provided all sorts of coloring books, crafts, games etc for my 4 year old. This without us asking. I did not get her name unfortunately. After our trip we thought we had left some items behind. We called the hotel frantic because the items were irreplicable. The staff (each and every one we spoke to, one of whom named Cindy) were genuinely concerned and eager to help us locate the items. Calling us back to update us with their search regularly, and even offering to ship the items to us immediately once found. Beyond the absolutely impeccable staff the hotel itself is beautiful. If you love pre-war architecture and design it is an absolute gem. It is like a time capsule. Every room has a milk door, and the electrical is all retrofitted because the building clearly predates electricity. AS bonus they have a café, salon, skin care facility, and speakeasy on site. The speakeasy was closed during our stay, but the café was wonderful. We did not try the other services. I will likely stay here on each and every visit to Seattle. It's an absolutely perfect hotel!

GGuest UserWe stayed here before our Alaska Cruise and had a very good experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Rooms include a mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, iron, and safe. Dove bath products are provided. Hair dryer is attached to the bathroom wall. The front desk staff were so polite and professional at every interaction. We did pay for the package that included breakfast at Toast and Toast restaurant next door to the hotel. Food was good and generous portions. Coffee is not included so take a little cash with you. Short walk to the Space Needle. Upon check in, we signed up for the shuttle to the cruise port for $10 a person plus tip. Driver was on time, very friendly. Although we did see a few homeless people, we never felt unsafe.

VValora JoestarCame here for a convention and the walking distance was great. Plenty of restaurants around that you can walk to as well. Hotel was very clean and staff was friendly. They also have rolling carts for your luggage (not every hotel has them apparently). If you are wondering how to check in, you can stop up front real quick and then park. It took us a couple rounds around the block to figure out where to pull in at but that’s to be expected in a city with lots of buildings and parking. The parking is rough for a large SUV but we managed! Absolutely recommend! Worth every penny.

It’s very clean has all you need for an extended stay! There are good restaurants and recommend the Crossroads Church across the parking lot! Great Sermon and message! Thank you All. We also brought our GSD Rooster and they loved him up too! Oh I almost forgot the fresh baked cookies every night at the front desk.

GGuest UserI should have followed my gut on this one. Everything from booking to actually staying at the hotel has been a disaster, but the biggest red flag besides the rooms being dirty and the shower head being loose and spraying all over the bathroom floor is the fact that management tried to enter my room. I was woken up around 10:30 am on Friday morning by someone pounding on my door and trying to gain entry. I sleep with earplugs in, as I work the night shift and the housekeeping noises keep me awake. The moment I took out my earplugs I yelled for them to give me a minute. I assume they couldn’t hear me over pounding on the door because they didn’t respond and yelled “MANAGEMENT” and continued pounding and trying to push the door open despite it being obviously locked from the top. He finally heard me saying to give me a minute and responded but not even 30 seconds later the door was attempting to be opened again. Finally I hear a woman pipe up who I assume is front desk ask if I could just come to the front desk in a little while as my payment was due yesterday. I wasn’t even aware I was supposed to be making payments. When I checked in 10 days ago no one told me that I would be making payments and when those payments would be due. When I got new hotel keys at 4:30 am after mine stopped working, a past due payment wasn’t mentioned. I was just given new keys after telling them my room number and name. The first I had heard of having to make payments was when the manager tried to gain entry into my room. This left an awful taste in my mouth and an awful feeling deep inside of me. I now don’t even want to go back to the hotel. It doesn’t help that there’s a door that has been visibly kicked in and secured with a padlock a few doors down from mine. Did management do that? I wouldn’t be surprised with how he kept trying to force my door open. I won’t be able to fall asleep in this hotel without having anxiety due to this awful experience. No apology was given and no explanation was given. No one called beforehand to tell me my payment was late. I hate to think of what would have happened if I wasn’t there. Would they have just entered my room and removed my belongs because I hadn’t made a payment they never told me about?

AAnonymous UserThe room is fairly clean, but the internet is not very good, and it is often not connected to the internet. If you want to speed up, it will cost extra money, and because it is on the side of the road, it will be a bit noisy. But it's very close to Tacoma Airport, and it takes about ten minutes to go to the nucleic acid test point by car. The people who checked in were also very friendly. As for the price has not been compared, it is not clear.
