Although the hotel was in a good location, the hotel itself really needs to be updated. The bathroom was really small and not clean. There was still hair leftover from the last person who stayed there. The shower was super small and my husband is 6’2, he barely could stand in it. We thought there were bedbugs but the detergent used to was the sheets just made them really itchy. The shower head was not properly mounted and was just hanging.

Make sure what the charges are ahead of your stay. Big difference between quote and actual price. Also, if handicapped, make sure the room is accessible on the first floor and not having to go an elevator.. The room was very clean and comfortable once I was done with unpacking.

The main reason I chose this hotel in Kingsland was the EV charging station which was convenient, available, and very fast. This will be our go to place to break up our annual trip to FL.

We had an amazing stay! Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. We had no issues during our entire stay. The breakfast and evening cookies were great. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area. They text before check in and during your stay to make sure everything is going well.

I stay here 3-4 times or more each year and this place is always clean and in working order… the staff is welcoming and accommodating every visit… The staff usually contacts me before the upcoming stay for any special requests … very easy checking and checkout…
