After a long day of travel, I was looking forward to a good night's rest. Check in was fast and courteous. But went downhill quick. Room was musty and smelled heavy of mildew. The hotel was fully booked so I was unable to change rooms. About 30 min later a large group of unruly teenagers showed up. knocking on my door several times playing pranks, laughing, yelling load and dancing on floor above us like wild horses. After the 5th call to the front desk complaining I just gave up. I wanted to speak with the manager the next morning, but no one was available at check out.

Nice property for the money, but the surprise $25 pet fee that was not mentioned by ******* or the hotel at booking is unacceptable. I have stayed at LaQuintas for many years and never paid a pet fee. Had it been noted during my search for pet friendly accommodations, I probably would have looked elsewhere. My last stay with these folks.

Front desk check in excellent! Fast and easy. Room was just ok shower tub dirty. Pillow case stained. Gym definitely not up to par nothing was working.

It would be hard to beat for the price, Convenient to I-95 but far enough to be quiet from traffic noise. Very clean rooms and facilities. Ample outlets for computer, cell phone charging etc.. Two Veteran parking spaces. Bed is firm - good for the back - pillows very soft. Hot breakfast.

This hotel had good reviews, but our experience there was very poor and I would not recommend staying there. At check-in, we were given someone else's room with their name on the receipt and charged the incorrect amount. When we discovered this, the woman at the front desk seemed totally unconcerned and took a long time to put us in a different room. In that room, the A/C was permanently set at 64 degrees and the toilet ran loudly all night. There was a dirty Keurig cup in the machine so it obviously had not been cleaned. We politely expressed our concerns at check-out. This time the woman at the front desk was very nice and caring, but said she needed her manager to address our complaints. She said she would write up a report and her manager would get back to us. We requested that our $50 pet fee be refunded as compensation. It has now been a week since our stay and we have not been contacted by the manager. This was an unpleasant experience overall at a time when we really needed to minimize stress (moving to a new state). This hotel needs to do better.
