This hotel had good reviews, but our experience there was very poor and I would not recommend staying there. At check-in, we were given someone else's room with their name on the receipt and charged the incorrect amount. When we discovered this, the woman at the front desk seemed totally unconcerned and took a long time to put us in a different room. In that room, the A/C was permanently set at 64 degrees and the toilet ran loudly all night. There was a dirty Keurig cup in the machine so it obviously had not been cleaned. We politely expressed our concerns at check-out. This time the woman at the front desk was very nice and caring, but said she needed her manager to address our complaints. She said she would write up a report and her manager would get back to us. We requested that our $50 pet fee be refunded as compensation. It has now been a week since our stay and we have not been contacted by the manager. This was an unpleasant experience overall at a time when we really needed to minimize stress (moving to a new state). This hotel needs to do better.
