酒店離金賽爾4-5公里左右，打車15元，（酒店幫你叫）自己叫車13左右. 但是很難叫進去，酒店在金賽爾山上，非常安靜舒適的環境，空氣清新陽光充足，酒店健身房及游泳設施齊全，早餐豐富。房間衞生整潔，前台服務人員熱情周到。

I had a really lovely experience staying at this hotel. The staff are really friendly and personable particularly John. They make allot of effort to look after you. The hotel is in the most stunning location with amazing views and lovely walks around the ground. The breakfast and dinner options I had were excellent. The room decor was stunning. I see complaints on here and I cannot see what they are about! All family hotel pools have children in them. The fundamental basics of the hotel are excellent. Its location and views are incredible. It’s a lovely hotel to come and stay in.

Disappointing... When we arrived we arrived as a very large wedding party were arriving. As a result check-in was incredibly slow. We came to get some lunch and were told that there were five communion parties having lunch and we would have to wait 45 minutes for food. We left and went to the Bulman for a fantastic lunch and great Guinness. We had booked Dinner Bed and Breakfast. The dinner menu was terribly limited and left a real feeling of disappoin**ent. The dinner was poorly staffed as I imagine most servers were attending to the larger (and more profitable) wedding down stairs. Returning to our room through the reception there was left over food everywhere from the wedding party. It did not look like anyone was on clear up. On the plus side. the room was clean. The beds were comfortable and the Spa was as expect. In conclusion there are many better locations to stay in Kinsale if you are a family or a couple.

For whatever reason review I wrote got removed so I will say it again.. This is not a spa hotel, spa has tiles falling off and classes of kids and infants in a swimming pool. Bar is poor, room feels cheap and unfinished. Overall not great. The only good thing about this hotel is a beautiful view if you are lucky to get one!

The staff really made our stay that much better. John was amazing he gave us a lift down to the town when there was no taxis available. Really went the extra mile for us. Another lady (never got her name) made sure I was seated where I wanted at breakfast and made sure I had everything I needed and more. We really enjoyed i, thanks so much to all the staff and the room was lovely too. No complaints.

What a wonderful surprise nestled in the hills outside of Kinsale. Beautiful property with a great bar and amazing staff. Rooms are well appointed and the view rooms facing the water are worth the little extra $$.

I went to the spa in this hotel, it was genuinely the worst spa experience I have ever had. From lack of signage to the filth of the trea**ent room. I also had luch as part of my package. I was the only diner at the time of arrival and my order was incorrect and over cooked. Nobody asked if everything was okay. I left without finishing my meal. On my return home I emailed the hotel outlining my terrible experience. I received no acknowledgement of my email. I got a standard "tell us about your experience email" to which I forwarded my previous email and again no acknowledgement. The management of this hotel are atrocious.

Unfortunately we wont be back and we wont recommend.. The only good things about this hotel is wonderful view and the staff, no complains there.. To get whats wrong I think management should stay in one of the rooms and see for themselves.. We were told we got one of the newly refurbished rooms but the result is cheap & very low quality. There is no hooks in bathroom, already broken tiles and bad cornes/ paint. Noise level was very high when it was busier on the weekend, thin doors and walls make you hear everything like its one open space. There is commercial heineken parasols on the beautiful terrace which makes it look like cheap bar not a spa hotel. There is basically no restaurant as same menu with the bar - basically a fast food, pizza, burgers etc, we tried once when very tired and never returned. Leisure club is another let down, they take classes of school and babies, tiles are falling off in sauna, all together little hard to relax. One big disappoin**ent and we were so looking forward to that break! I think people writing great reviews about this place are either management or never been to a decent hotel!
