Located in the center of the city, Yamagataya, major supermarkets, and local supermarkets are within walking distance, and there are many restaurants around the hotel, making it very convenient. The inside of the hotel is well-maintained and clean. The room was a normal size, but the bed and pillows were good and it was very comfortable. I also liked that the chair had a backrest. The temperature of the air conditioner could be adjusted in 0.5 degree increments, and the air volume could be adjusted in three stages. Also, I could see Sakurajima from my room window. Breakfast is a Japanese and Western buffet. There wasn't a lot of variety, but it was delicious. However, I was disappointed that there was only one type of bread and that there was no yogurt.

I stayed with wife at this highly disappointing hotel after flying into kagoshima. They say on their website free parking if available They do not tell you thete are only 5 or 6 free spots then you have to pay for parking next door which will cost at least 700 yen The young man at the desk was not helpful after I asked about where to park the car with their free parking The room was supposed to be a twin but was extremelysmall and the beds were very hard The shower pressure was non existant and made a sound like a mosquito
