酒店環境舒服，服務員親切主動有禮。
特別欽點一位大堂年輕男孩的接待員，他不僅用國語溝通協助我們辦理登記，令我們當時感到很親切，還有他個人細心的表現，就是我兩夫婦在一次地大堂店舖內光顧，他從遠處拿一對較大的男性拖鞋給我丈夫，原來我丈夫在客房內的拖鞋比較少，但我丈夫仍穿著細拖鞋跟我到店逛逛，幸好他細心的觀察，並且把合適的拖鞋拿進店子內給丈夫更換，真係感謝這位細心的，有禮的年輕男接待員。這次經驗令我對酒店留下深刻印象。

The view was spectacular and the Osen was huge. It is indeed a bit aged but it is also well maintained. The dinner was alright but not impressive yet the buffet breakfast was full of choices overall good.

This was my first time using a sulfur hot spring, and I was extremely satisfied with the hot spring. As for the facility, it was a bit disappointing as the renovated area nearby was a bit more beautiful.
