酒店一切都好！員工服務～膳食～環境～溫泉，堪稱完美！但最遺憾係，當天離開時,該巴士班次取銷左，我要求前台職員幫我 電召 的士，佢拒絕左，話無依樣服務，令我地白等兩個鐘，成為最大敗著！

前日の指宿のホテルが最高に良かったので、それと比べると少し期待外れでした。特に団体向けの夕食バイキングはありきたり感があり、感動はありませんでした。インバウンド客の団体が多かったので、せわしなく、ゆっくり食事を楽しめなかったのは残念。でもお部屋とスタッフさんの 対応とお風呂は良かったです。

My mother and I stayed here.
The staff at this hotel was very responsive.
The person at the front desk was very kind and explained the situation thoroughly, and the staff member who greeted us comfortably in front of the elevator was also visible.
When I got off the elevator for dinner, a staff member ran up to me from a distance and guided me to the dining hall.
The kaiseki dinner for dinner was a huge feast, so much so that I couldn't finish it all.
The room was very spacious and I was able to relax. Unfortunately, the toilet, bath, and washroom were all in the same room. I had no choice but to use that water to boil the water in the pot.
It was nice to have free wifi.
The hot springs were also very pleasant.

This place is a nigh**are. The room is big, twin beds, old useless furniture, both western and Japanese, which is weird. I’ve never seen a hotel bathroom so old and small in my life. The onsen looks dirty and obsolete. This is all unfortunate because the area around and hiking is amazing.
