前日の指宿のホテルが最高に良かったので、それと比べると少し期待外れでした。特に団体向けの夕食バイキングはありきたり感があり、感動はありませんでした。インバウンド客の団体が多かったので、せわしなく、ゆっくり食事を楽しめなかったのは残念。でもお部屋とスタッフさんの 対応とお風呂は良かったです。

母と2人で宿泊させて頂きました。
こちらのホテルは、スタッフの対応がとても良かったです。
フロントの方もとても親切丁寧に説明して下さいましたし、エレベーターの前で気持ち良く出迎えて下さったスタッフの方も見えました。
夕食の際、エレベーターから降りたら、遠くからスタッフの方が走って駆け寄って来て、食事会場まで案内して下さいました。
夕食の懐石料理は、食べきれない位、沢山のご馳走でした。
お部屋はとても広く、のんびりする事ができました。トイレとお風呂と洗面所が一緒だったのが残念でした。ポットのお湯沸かすのに、そちらの水を使うしかなかったです。
無料wifiが完備されていたのは、良かったです。
温泉も、とても気持ち良かったです。
売店のスタッフの方もとても気持ち良く対応して下さいました。

良くある普通の大型温泉ホテルです。築後も長いのですがそれなりに清潔にしております。食事も良いです。
お風呂に入るときに階段の上り下りが老人には大変かなと思います。温泉街からは離れてます。

This place is a nightmare. The room is big, twin beds, old useless furniture, both western and Japanese, which is weird. I’ve never seen a hotel bathroom so old and small in my life. The onsen looks dirty and obsolete. This is all unfortunate because the area around and hiking is amazing.

施設の方の対応は凄く良かったです。
温泉、サウナは良かった。
立地的に仕方ないが露天風呂とお風呂がつながっていないのが不便でした。
掃除はしてありましたが、畳が古く洋服を置いただけで畳のかすがついて困りました。
