The service configuration of this W in Sydney really doesn't deserve a high score. This is a newly opened hotel with new decoration and facilities. The room is large enough. The faucet of the wash basin in the room was broken and there was no water. After reporting the problem, there was only hot water but no cold water. Lover's Harbour is downstairs and Chinatown is a short walk away. There are many restaurants nearby.
