The hotel I booked to see the Northern Lights was doing quite well, with quite a lot of guests, but the room facilities were average, and the food was average.
However, the service was quite enthusiastic, and the transportation was quite convenient.
After all, we were in the Arctic Circle, and we were unfamiliar with the place, so it was better to book a familiar brand to feel more at ease.
