"We stayed at Scandic Kiruna Hotel during our trip to Kiruna, Sweden. The hotel is clean and located in the city center, only about 2–3 km from the airport, which is very convenient. There are restaurants, supermarkets, and shops nearby, making it easy to find food and daily necessities. However, there are some drawbacks. The hotel does not provide in-room amenities, so guests need to bring their own toiletries. We stayed in a room for 4 people, which had two foldable bunk beds, but the room was very small for four guests and felt quite cramped. In addition, the staff were not very friendly, which affected the overall experience. Pros: Clean hotel Central location, close to airport Easy access to food and shops Cons: No amenities provided in the room Very small room for 4 people Staff could be more friendly Overall, the hotel is acceptable for a short stay, but expectations should be managed, especially for families."

"I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming, check-in was smooth, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and inviting. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-kept, with a very comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long day. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus. The amenities were also impressive. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of fresh and tasty options, and the location of the hotel made it convenient to explore the area. Everything felt well-organized and thoughtfully maintained. The only downside was that the heater took a long time to warm up the room. It eventually reached a comfortable temperature, but it required some patience, especially during colder nights. Overall, it was a great experience with just a small issue, and I would definitely consider staying here again."

"We are really disappointed with the lack of provision of basic amenities in the hotel room. Especially items like bedroom slippers, toothbrush & paste, bottled water. We observe there are 2 handtowels - one as hand/face towel & the other one hanging by the shower area presumably to be used as floor mat. That was shocking as it is terribly unhygienic The provision of amenities is sorely substandard esp for the rates the hotel charges. These items would really help guests to settle well & quickly to a new environment & get on with social/business commitments quickly. It sets the hotel back from/far behind international standards especially considering the rates this hotel charges. Before we flew into Kiruna, my wife tried to find out transport options from the airport. Nothing was available. We ended being coerced into taking a taxi paying kr400 for a 5 min drive."
