Another AWESOME Vacation in ”OurHappyPlace”!!!!! Margaritaville Resorts Orlando is so special to us that we consider everyone who lives and works there to be Our MRO Family!! The entire community is warm, welcoming, bright and beautiful, from the hotel to the cottages. As soon as we arrive we know we are in Paradise. We spend most of our day enjoying the beautiful pools and being greeted by our friends Jonathan, ”Lord Reginald”, Sara, Osma, Daniel ”Regina”, Ray, Bella, Daniel Plaza, Chris, Juan, William, Jeff and Santiago at the Towel Huts. They will all fill your day with fun and lots of activities. There is always something fun for Everyone!! The food at The Salty Rim Bar & Grill and the new Tiki Hut is truly amazing from the loaded nachos, the smokin' gun chicken sandwich or their salads. We enjoy the view and especially the company of our beloved bartenders Sean, Kristie, Danny, Angel, Jordan and Teresa as they ”POUR” their love into our drinks/buckets!!! Your day is also brightened by the friendly faces of Mauricio, Katherine, Tricia, Ana, Jay, Jacob, Frank, Marcus, Jessica, Clarissa, Gustavo, Ro, Rob and the rest of the amazing Margaritaville staff as they serve up food, drinks and of course SMILES as they run around the pool, cabanas, and beach area making sure everyone is Happy and enjoying their vacation. We truly feel special when the Managers like Scott at the hotel, Keith and our new buddy Joel at the Salty Rim, Jonathan and Regi with the Pool/ Activities and Debbie Mafra from the Fins Up Beach Club always take the time to say hello!!!! We greatly appreciate your hospitality and friendship!!! No matter where you go on the property you always encounter MRO staff that go out of their way to brighten your day like Jessica McGuire who always makes time to see us!!! Still waiting on our refund of deposit that should had transpired over a week ago. Front desk is short staffed; waiting on line of over 30 minutes or more to check-in and/or out. Staff very polite and friendly. Rooms need a face lift; old furniture, 1970s; bathroom(s) need much TLC, they need caulking, painting and updated fixtures. It’s a real shame, owner/corporation are not investing in the property… for it is located in a prime location. We witnessed homeless individuals living in the property, there’s nothing wrong with that…but when they knock on your door asking for a cigarette…it’s a problem.

The lady who helped us at the service desk was rude and very unhelpful. We had drove all the way from Dallas to Orlando with a uhaul we booked 2 nights but couldn't make the first one as we were still on route. She didn't want to give us our room and said that the reservation was canceled because we no showed for our booking. Long story short we had to get the manager who was nice enough to help us and gave us our room.

Love this place sooo much! I will always visit here when I’m in Kissimmee! Love the staff an love the rooms! Beds are super comfortable!

Great and quiet, being next to Walmart made it really convenient

Surprisingly nice!. This resort is actually really nice, clean, and lots of amenities and activities. We live on the road, per se, staying in different resorts. We stayed at all of the Diamond Resorts in Orlando, and Mystic Dunes I think is the best one. Although Diamond (or most of their top resorts) is now part of Hilton Grand Vacations, and we stayed at a good sample of Hilton resorts I would still rank Mystic Dunes in the top 15%. We stayed for 2-weeks back to back in a 2-bedroom unit overlooking the pool in the newest building (#30?), the one beside the registration office, and fitness room. The gym is super large, one of the biggest gyms in all the resorts we stayed in, lots of machines, weights, etc... The resort also has shuttles or golf carts that runs every 15 min everywhere to take you to the different pools, tennis courts, mini-golf course, or where ever you want to go. We tried almost every activity at the main pool which is absolutely awesome. The waterfall is relaxing, massage. The slide is actually decent, and there are plenty of lounge chairs, tables with umbrellas, and a really nice tiki bar... You can also ride bikes, you can rent them all day for free! The 2-bedroom condo has a lot of space, very open, and the balcony is screened with tremendous views of the golf courses. I think maybe the only down side that I recall was that there were no jacuzzis.... other than that, this place is a must visit.

I've been checking in with them almost every week, everytime I get an off coz my daughter loves their pool and I love the fact that they have hot swimming pool which is good for me and my daughter! If they have a membership, I'll be their number one member!

Nice modern room, even if a bit small for 4 people. The main table turns into another bed. There's a good fridge, a coffee maker, tea and coffee. Good shower and good products in the bathroom. The pools were basic but great with a nice water temperature. The service from all the staff was great, they really have a good customer service culture.

There were NO microwaves in ANY rooms, and coffee maker only took little pouches the size of a tea bag. Refrigerator froze veggies, and no free breakfast. Forcing us to go to Starbucks, Pizza Hut or expensive Breakfast in the lobby if you didn't want to leave the hotel.
