You can enter the ski resort when you go out of the hotel. It is very convenient for self-driving to live here. There are many kinds of breakfasts and the rooms are very warm.

Didn’t realize the hotel was halfway up the mountain when I booked but it was a pleasant surprise. Was kinda lost a first trying to find it but once you figure it out and get up to it the view is great and the hotel itself is perfect.

The photos of the modern entrance area, the new Sky Suite Deluxe and the location on the hill were the reasons for booking the hotel. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. A large part of the hotel has dated furnishings and the Sky Bar only looks great in the photos. Our Sky Suite Deluxe was modern, huge, with a large glass roof and a great sauna, two bathrooms but the room was not cozy. What we liked: the location with a view of Levi downtown and the direct access to the gondola. Overall, the hotel fell short of our expectations and we would not choose it again.

Reception clerk (young woman Emilia) was ignorant and rude. Did't know anything about services round the hotel and gave falsely info. She should work at some other position in some other location.
