"Terrible! It didn't look like it was open for business at all... I arrived at the hotel around 1pm, the door was locked, the phone number was unavailable, and there were spider webs at the door. I thought it was closed and had to change my schedule and rebook my flight. I negotiated to cancel the order but was rejected. After I contacted Ctrip's customer service, the hotel came to open the door and said that even if I canceled the room, there would be no refund. In short, my original plan for the later itinerary was interrupted due to the hotel's fault, and the hotel refused to take responsibility. Putting this aside, the geographical location is remote, that is, the only hotel in Levi within 10km of the airport. I booked it the next morning because I had to catch a flight. There are no other hotels within a radius of ten miles. The environmental sanitation can be seen from the door that it is always deserted."

"Incredible family adventure at the brand new Balder Luxury Lodge in Levi! Super comfortable rooms (ours had a sauna), whole place feels new clean and luxurious. Lots of families with kids here – perfect atmosphere. Christmas village visit was the a highlight: elves, gingerbread making, activities, and private Santa meeting – no queues. Our kid’s were in awe We did fantastic ice fishing trip , a 10/10 husky ride through the forest. reindeer sleigh ride, and caught a brief northern lights view! "We had to leave this property early due to serious heating problems. From the moment we checked in, the apartment was cold. We had informed the property in advance that we would arrive around 17:00, however by 18:00 the apartment was still cold and not prepared for our arrival - the heating had not been turned on. We had to contact reception and were instructed by phone on how to operate the heaters ourselves, being told that it would take approximately two hours for the apartment to warm up. One of the heaters was not working and was only fixed the next day. Additional portable heaters were provided, but they did not solve the issue - the apartment remained inadequately heated throughout our stay. The floors were extremely cold (only tiled areas were slightly warm), and the indoor temperature dropped to around 12°C at times. Firewood provided for the fireplace lasted only until the evening, which further limited our ability to keep the apartment warm. When we raised our concerns, we were told at reception that such temperatures were “normal for winter conditions in Finland,” which we found unacceptable. We were travelling with a 5-year-old child who became ill after the first night, which made it impossible and unsafe for us to continue our stay. Although the property attempted to fix the issue, the problem was not resolved. We also requested that someone come and check the apartment in person, but no one came. Overall, the administration did not show sufficient effort to properly resolve the situation. The listing states that the apartment is warm and has heating throughout, which was not the case during our stay. We were forced to leave early due to health and safety concerns."
