The hotel is in a good location and the breakfast is very good.

The view from the hotel room is very close to zero point on foot. The breakfast in the restaurant is good. The spare parts I use are lumene, a Finnish national brand, which can save dry skin. One tube applied to the elbow is enough for a day. The breakfast in the restaurant is similar to the popcorn pancakes we used to make in line with rice when we were kids in China. There is a parking lot in the basement, which saves you the trouble of getting up early to clear the snow. It costs 20 euros to park for one night. There are many restaurants and ski shops on the commercial street. Very convenient.

The room is big and clean! The breakfast is also very rich and the price/performance ratio is really good. I like it very much. There is a free sauna and the service attitude is very good.

The sauna is good, centrally located, with buses and supermarkets nearby. The room is large, with 1 bathroom and a living room. The front desk service ends after 20:30, so you need to inform us in advance if you want to clean it.

After arriving at the hotel, we upgraded to a sauna room. The room was very clean.

The room we stayed in was not on the other side of the lobby, so we had to drag heavy luggage uphill, which was very inconvenient. There was a nice lady at the front desk who helped us buy bus tickets on our mobile phones because our English was not good. Thank you very much.

This hotel is the closest hotel to the ski resort. It is very convenient and entertaining. The service staff and front desk staff are also very friendly. I will book this room again next time.

Hotel très bien situé dans la petite station de Levi. À proximité de restos, supermarché et de la station de ski. Tout peut se faire facilement à pieds. Accueil rapide et sympathique, très kids friendly également. Chambre grande avec grand salon séparé. Propre. Pour la literie on repassera. De manière générale en Finlande la literie n’est pas top. Les oreillers sont très inconfortables. L’insonorisation est moyenne… on entend aussi bien les mouvements des meubles trainés sur le sol dans la chambre du dessus que les gens qui gueulent dehors la nuit à pas d’heure. Salle de bain propre avec de la place pour poser ses affaires. Douche agréable avec pression. Sauna non testé. Le petit déjeuner est top! Beaucoup de choix, sucré, salé et systématiquement réapprovisionné même si l’heure de fermeture du buffet est proche. Globalement l’hôtel est correct, je suis juste déçue de la literie car c’est tout de même le plus important dans un hôtel car on y vient principalement pour « dormir ».
