The location of the hotel is great with direct access to the ski slopes and a direct view of the famous streif piste, the check in process was very helpful, the view and size of our room was great, breakfast was well above European standards, the food was varied and delicious when we had lunch and dinner at the hotel
Spa facilities are sufficient, the balcony and terrace of the room are very good, the ski school right in front of the hotel is a great advantage, the hotel has an authentic and romantic a**osphere, maybe the curtains of the rooms can be changed, a few small decorative touches can be made to the room, we stayed very happily as a family

Das Personal ist von Rezeption bis zur Küche, offen und hilfsbereit. Wünsche und Anregungen werden angenommen und umgesetzt. Was dem Restaurant noch fehlt, ist eine Vegane Menükarte. Aber vorallem fehlt Visiona Wasser!!!! 51L8736OQ8

The staff and overall service was wonderful. This is a great location, walking distance into town for dinner/shops and walking distance from the gondola. We would definitely stay here again!

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Zimmer ganz neu und geräumig mit großer Dusche. Service zuvorkommend. alles bestens, Personal super und freundlich , essen auch sehr gut. Ich komme wieder im Frühsommer zurück und freue mich schon sehr ? ❗️❗️❗️

Wonderful stay! Beautiful traditional Austrian family run hotel with exemplary service.Visually a delight both externally and internally. Perfect location at the foot of the Hahnenkamm. Lovely views,very peaceful yet only 5 to 10 minutes walk into the centre of Kitzbuhel. Bedrooms are spacious well equipped and spotless Excellent shower. Breakfast is outstanding from fresh orange juice to Bircher Musli to a wide range of hot and cold dishes.Dinner was excellent.A number of traditional Austrian dishes well cooked and pleasantly presented at a reasonable price.Very extensive wine list with a range of prices. However,what marks this hotel out is the exemplary level of service from reception to housekeeping to restaurant.Throughout our stay staff could not have been more welcoming.There is also an eye to detail whether it be the flowers on the tables at breakfast to the choice of toiletries in the bathrooms. Highest recommendation!
