"This hotel has constructions ongoing so it could be very annoying when construction working is right outside your room. We demanded to change to a different room. The hotel was accommodating. But the cleaning service for the new room didn’t arrive until after 6pm. Combining daily cleaning with turndown? Amazing! So we said no to room cleaning. Service at this hotel leaves a lot to be desired."

"Excellent hotel in location ,.standard of accommodation and dining experience.The only problem we encountered and it was quite upsetting was that the hotel did not provide evening meals on the Sunday and Monday, (we had booked on a half board basis) informing us of this on checkin Saturday.They explained alternative arrangements had been made in 2 close by hotels.They also explained that the meals would be of the same high standard as Das Reisch.On Suday we went to the designated hotel and were presented a separate menu comprising a choice of 2 starters, 2 main course and 2 desserts,not only inferior to the menu offered by Das Reisch but indeed inferior the the quite exstensive menu offered to regular diners at the designated hotel.It was my wife's 60th birthday on the Monday so on the basis of what was offered by the first designated hotel we chose not to risk the monday designated hotel and dined at our own expense some where else.Das Reisch failed to provide an acceptable alternative for our much anticipated dining experience and this was very disappointing considering we other wise had a lovely experience at this hotel."

"We had the best stay honestly. The staff was so amazing ,super accommodating, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. You could really feel how much they cared about making everyone comfortable. The rooms were immaculately clean everyday, which made everything feel even more relaxing. Especially Valentina at the front desk and Matthias our driver they were our absolute favorites. This was a girls trip and they made us feel so welcomed and at home the entire time. Valentina was just the sweetest and Matthias was so kind and fun to talk to. They both really went above and beyond for us. We’re already saying we want to come back and we definitely will. 💕 P.S the breakfast at the main restaurant is a MUST"
