"This hotel has constructions ongoing so it could be very annoying when construction working is right outside your room. We demanded to change to a different room. The hotel was accommodating. But the cleaning service for the new room didn’t arrive until after 6pm. Combining daily cleaning with turndown? Amazing! So we said no to room cleaning. Service at this hotel leaves a lot to be desired."

"Trip.com requested us pay 21eur city Tax for total 6person at Hotel Reception, but when i come hotel, Hotel Reception requested us pay 30eur city tax for total 6person. We don’t know Trip.com or Hotel Reception whom is wrong. But we just bear lose 9eur."

"A very nice, new, and modern hotel with excellent value for money! We stayed one night, and it was perfect for that. Parking is available for a fee (outdoors or garage). The staff is very friendly, the breakfast buffet was delicious, and the spa area was relaxing (though it might be a bit small for a longer stay, especially during peak season). The Hahnenkamm cable car is about a 10-12 minute walk away, and Kitzbühel's main shopping street is about 6-8 minutes away. If we return to Kitzbühel, we will definitely book this hotel again!"

"Location - a 5-10 min walk to shops/restaurants/main lifts (we kept our skis in the locker room at Hahnenkamm Lift Intersport for ease). Good choice of central restaurants and bars. Gamshof is family run and full of character and charm. Welcoming, efficient staff, small reasonably priced bar with seating - great place to meet other like-minded guests. Lovely buffet style breakfast, afternoon Goulash soup. Pleasant, clean, modern rooms."

"The service was great, with the continuous telephone customer service that could be used to address emerging questions or problems directly. The location is also excellent in the center of Kitzbühel. This allowed us to walk to the gondol to ski. In the evening we were in the city center within 5 minutes to make the evening screen. The hotel was located in the city centre and the hotel was located in the city centre."

"I have been to the Alpenhotel several times and have always been more than satisfied. Whether it was the check-in or the catering, they always made a great effort and everything was excellent, including the kitchen. I am already looking forward to my next visit. The rooms are really nice. The wellness area is also perfect for my taste."
