"The service was great, with the continuous telephone customer service that could be used to address emerging questions or problems directly.
The location is also excellent in the center of Kitzbühel. This allowed us to walk to the gondol to ski. In the evening we were in the city center within 5 minutes to make the evening screen.

Very nice, new and modern hotel with great price/performance ratio! We spent a night and it was ideal for it. Parking is available at a charge (outside or garage). The staff is very friendly, the breakfast buffet was delicious and the spa area was relaxing (may be a little small for several days and in high season). The chicken chamber is about 10-12min. walk away, the Kitzbüheler shopping street about 6-8min.
If we come back to Kitzbühel, we'll be happy to book again at this hotel!

Thanh Chung DangTrip.com requested us pay 21eur city Tax for total 6person at Hotel Reception, but when i come hotel, Hotel Reception requested us pay 30eur city tax for total 6person. We don’t know Trip.com or Hotel Reception whom is wrong. But we just bear lose 9eur.
