War schon einige male im Alpenhotel und immer mehr als zufrieden. Ob der Check In oder die Gastro immer sehr bemüht und inklusive der Küche alles bestens. Freu mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch. Super schöne Zimmer. Der Wellness ist für meinen Geschmack auch perfekt gelöst.

Our stay at Alpen Hotel was a great introduction to Kitzbühel. Situated by Lake Schwarz , this hotel is the perfect blend of luxury and natural beauty. Our suite had its own private sauna! Scenic trails around the lake, warm staff, a welcome drink, delectable food & ample parking.. We can’t wait to come back!

Lakefront resort. New with fabulous rooms and dining. Stellar breakfast buffet. Comfortable beds. Garage parking. Hotel guest reserved beach area. Had the two floor suite with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Cool blue lights the showers. Sauna in the room. Deck facing the lake for sunsets. Bath amenities - White & Co. Quiet as the rooms have double paned glass. Call reception when you arrive to open the gate. Fun in-room coffee machine. Service is also outstanding.

Disappointing return. I arrived at the Alpen hotel with the best expectations after many years. I found the hotel beautifully renovated, truly exceptional and elegantly cared for in every corner. But the sore point begins at the restaurant: the breakfast is good, but the dinner is truly disappointing as it presents banal dishes with dishes that have no taste or particular flavours, not to mention the buffet which for 3 days offered the same things removed and put back identical next evening. Really unpleasant episode on the last evening with a young waiter who, after telling us to stay calm while waiting for an ice cream, joined us at the bar violently slamming 2 cups on the counter in the presence of two other bar waiters. Not I have no words to judge this behavior, especially because I was offered a drink by the reception, when I was only expecting an apology from the waiter.

Toll: Die Lage, die Mitarbeiter:Innen der Rezeption und das Housekeeping, super gut und ruhig geschlafen Verbesserungswürdig: die Jungs im Servie beim Frühstück, keinen Stuhl und keinen Tisch im Chalet innen, dunkle Zimmer, Früstück nur bis 10..00 Uhr, der Spa macht schon um 19,00 Uhr zu . Schönes Hotel mit freundlichen zuvorkommenden Mitarbeitern. Leider konnten wir uns nicht wirklich entspannen da mann permanent under Zeitdruck ist. Das Abendessen bis 20:00 Uhr. Spa nur bis 19:00 Uhr. Nach dem Skifahren ist es somit unmöglich in Ruhe zu relaxen und den Spa zu genießen. Das hat uns doch den Aufenthalt etwas verdorben.
