Hotels Near Anatolia Market in Kizilot

I'll start with Antalya airport which is approximately 1.5 hours away from the hotel and a rather expensive airport if you need to buy anything I would recommend you hold on till you get outside or get to the hotel. The hotel is located in Manavgat and slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the city/towns however has local Bazaar where you can purchase most things. The taxi service from outside the hotel is quite expensive if you haven't already pre booked excursion/ day outing online in advance! The hotel didn't really stand out from outside when we arrived and looked like a rather standard hotel with basic security and entrance gate. We were greeted by reception staff and butlers who helped us with luggage, the check-in experience was rather swift and informative. We were taken to our room on the 2nd floor in the corner (recommended for less noise) and we were amazed by the cleanliness and modern style. We opted for a 2 room family suite which was more than enough to accommodate 2 children and 2 adults. All facilities were provided, the bathroom and balcony (which was facing the back of hotel with sea view) was very modern and up to date. Looked like the hotel and rooms went through some renovations in the recent years which was very good. The beds are good sized, comfortable, clean and daily serviced if you wish to have it done. There is free wifi in the hotel for all guests however very very slow! The option was to purchase wifi which was very fast for the days required. Here comes my issue, when I enquired about the private wifi the reception staff sold it to me saying it would connect in my room and in the hotel. After purchasing a wifi connection for 7 days I realized it only worked around the hotel and not in the room. When I enquired the next morning about the connection issue the guy at the reception with tattoos on his right arm argued that there was nothing he can do as there were so many people using the network. He then went on saying that the issue was with my devices (4 new devices checked) and that they didn't work correctly! The whole reason for purchasing the private wifi connection was to have connection in the room so my 2 kids can be kept busy at the end of the day and we can do our general admin work when in the room. This wasn't the case as the guy fobbed us off by saying he will inform the maintenance team which we didn't hear from for the duration of our stay. That was an uneasy situation I had to deal with, which was unexpected from the 5 star hotel staff. Although the cost of wifi was 7 euros and not very expensive, for a 5 start hotel I would have thought this would be included as standard these days! We received some excursion information to our room on the first day, the next morning the rep from that company went out of his way to wake us up by calling to say he was downstairs and I should come down to meet with him! It was one of the best holidays if mine , staff is super friendly, very welcoming and nice. Area of the whole resort is huge and kept in a perfect condition. Several bars and restaurants, snacks at the daytime. Mr. Zafer -supper shift lead made our rest unbelievable, he was very kind and respectful. Great service. Small RFI : it would be great to restrict leaving towels at night just in order to occupy the place at the main pool, it was very uncomfortable to search for the place all the time, which was never enough. Wi-Fi was for extra charge and it was super weird, only two areas of free internet is not okay in 21st century. Animation team was very kind and welcoming. Activities were funny, but would be great if adult activities after 22:30 were also considered and 01:00 bars were bit closed along with lights switched off. Food was tasty and diverse. Overall, it was my pleasure to have holidays here

For us, the most interesting part of the hotel is the children’s water park. We stayed with our 1-year-old daughter for 6 days and had a lot of fun in the swimming pool. There are also 6 large slides in the adult pool. Since the pool is large, we spent our vacation during the pandemic without any trouble. It is 150 m from the sea and has its own beach. Since the sidewalk is a sidewalk, there is no problem. In general, the hotel is very clean and the staff are caring and smiling. They clean the room every day and change the sheets and towels. We did not encounter any setbacks during our stay. They are enough for the money we paid for eating and drinking. We do not have high expectations, and we are generally satisfied. During our stay, we even encountered a food incident on Wednesday. On the downside, it’s not too early, and the pool slide closes at 16:00. In addition, the snack bar is open from 12:00 to 16:00. After eating lunch at 12:00, you were already hungry at that time. At 16:00, the snack bar was closed, which was obviously of no use to us.

Last year it was better, they cut down a lot on the menu, there are no more cocktails in the bar (except for alcohol and cola), the room was a bit old, the Teodora building was newer, at night I was cold, I asked for a warm blanket, they no longer had it, only a waffle blanket, there were also no samples, there wasn’t even shampoo (I came for 3 days, of course I didn’t take it with me)

We broke up today. The hotel is very cute. The pool garden is very clean and tidy. It's a peaceful environment. The breakfast is sufficient. Dinner could have been a little better in taste. But we were satisfied in terms of price performance. We stayed in a 1+1 room as a family. It was good in general. Air conditioner fridge was working. I can say that the WiFi connection was the best in the 5 star hotels I've ever stayed in. It was full even at the poolside. There were minor shortcomings, but it was very nice that they provided instant solutions to the problems with a phone call and completed the deficiencies. That's what counts anyway. All employees were very kind and interested. Mrs. elif and Mr. Furkan were rushing for the satisfaction of the guests. Special thanks to all of them. Some comments are very cruel. I guess they want to get 5 star hotel service and comfort for this money. Interesting.. we left satisfied. If we come to Side again, it is a place we will choose. It was a 2 year business. Great hotel, staff excellent, food fantastic, bed very comfortable, pool good, outside area good, room adequate, air con brilliant, location is the best 12 paces to the steps down to the beach, hotel sun beds, on the beach, get your drink and food brought to your sun bed by beach waiters, sea is like a warm bath and can walk about 150 metres and still stand up, no under currants. The promenade is huge, must be 2 miles long, a great walk. Some fantastic restaurants in Side. And a few good beach bar's over all a great place, this is our 2nd time at sunprime dogan beach hotel, last year it was very quiet, but this year was loud music until gone 2am some nights so didn't sleep as well as last year but still good. Last thing, just a special mention for our brilliant waiters in the outside bar and restaurant especially to Salih, thank you for looking after us and will see you next year, Dave and Susie, From England.

Perhaps this is the best hotel I've ever been to. Everything is impeccable: beautiful well-groomed territory, perfect cleanliness, incredibly tasty food! Dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner are so varied that you won’t be able to try everything)) Vegetables, fruits, salads, cheeses are displayed with designer decoration. I am delighted! Service at the highest level. Special thanks for a bottle of champagne and a basket of fruit in the room on my birthday, as well as for a cake with candles in the a la carte restaurant on that day.
