I'll start with Antalya airport which is approximately 1.5 hours away from the hotel and a rather expensive airport if you need to buy anything I would recommend you hold on till you get outside or get to the hotel. The hotel is located in Manavgat and slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the city/towns however has local Bazaar where you can purchase most things. The taxi service from outside the hotel is quite expensive if you haven't already pre booked excursion/ day outing online in advance! The hotel didn't really stand out from outside when we arrived and looked like a rather standard hotel with basic security and entrance gate. We were greeted by reception staff and butlers who helped us with luggage, the check-in experience was rather swift and informative. We were taken to our room on the 2nd floor in the corner (recommended for less noise) and we were amazed by the cleanliness and modern style. We opted for a 2 room family suite which was more than enough to accommodate 2 children and 2 adults. All facilities were provided, the bathroom and balcony (which was facing the back of hotel with sea view) was very modern and up to date. Looked like the hotel and rooms went through some renovations in the recent years which was very good. The beds are good sized, comfortable, clean and daily serviced if you wish to have it done. There is free wifi in the hotel for all guests however very very slow! The option was to purchase wifi which was very fast for the days required. Here comes my issue, when I enquired about the private wifi the reception staff sold it to me saying it would connect in my room and in the hotel. After purchasing a wifi connection for 7 days I realized it only worked around the hotel and not in the room. When I enquired the next morning about the connection issue the guy at the reception with tattoos on his right arm argued that there was nothing he can do as there were so many people using the network. He then went on saying that the issue was with my devices (4 new devices checked) and that they didn't work correctly! The whole reason for purchasing the private wifi connection was to have connection in the room so my 2 kids can be kept busy at the end of the day and we can do our general admin work when in the room. This wasn't the case as the guy fobbed us off by saying he will inform the maintenance team which we didn't hear from for the duration of our stay. That was an uneasy situation I had to deal with, which was unexpected from the 5 star hotel staff. Although the cost of wifi was 7 euros and not very expensive, for a 5 start hotel I would have thought this would be included as standard these days! We received some excursion information to our room on the first day, the next morning the rep from that company went out of his way to wake us up by calling to say he was downstairs and I should come down to meet with him! It was one of the best holidays if mine , staff is super friendly, very welcoming and nice. Area of the whole resort is huge and kept in a perfect condition. Several bars and restaurants, snacks at the daytime. Mr. Zafer -supper shift lead made our rest unbelievable, he was very kind and respectful. Great service. Small RFI : it would be great to restrict leaving towels at night just in order to occupy the place at the main pool, it was very uncomfortable to search for the place all the time, which was never enough. Wi-Fi was for extra charge and it was super weird, only two areas of free internet is not okay in 21st century. Animation team was very kind and welcoming. Activities were funny, but would be great if adult activities after 22:30 were also considered and 01:00 bars were bit closed along with lights switched off. Food was tasty and diverse. Overall, it was my pleasure to have holidays here

Last year it was better, they cut down a lot on the menu, there are no more cocktails in the bar (except for alcohol and cola), the room was a bit old, the Teodora building was newer, at night I was cold, I asked for a warm blanket, they no longer had it, only a waffle blanket, there were also no samples, there wasn’t even shampoo (I came for 3 days, of course I didn’t take it with me)

We've just got back from a fantastic holiday and we can't recommend it enough. The complex was huge and spacious. There was so much choice of where to eat and drink. Two restaurants on the beach, one does pasta and the other has pizza, kebab, chips, salad and more. The main restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A counter with waffles, wraps, jacket potatoes etc. Patisserie with rolls and cakes. Coffee shop with several varieties of fresh coffees. Bars in the main restaurant, bars in the hotel lounge inside and outside, bars at the two beach restaurants, and a swim up bar. Free water bottles everywhere, that you can help yourself to. Two very large pools with plenty of space to swim. We never had a problem getting a sunbed or umbrella. The rooms were smart and cleaned everyday. The thing that made this holiday so good was the staff. All of the staff (cleaners, bar staff, caterers, receptionists, entertainers) were so nice and so helpful and wanted you to have a nice time. Merve at customer relations was very friendly and attentive. She knew it was our sons birthday during the holiday and arranged a special table for dinner and was always friendly and helpful. Also the entertainment team were fantastic and really wanted people to join in and have a good time. There was a foam party on the Friday and we just managed to fit it in before our transfer home. The hotel is very close to both the ancient city of Side and the city center due to its location, which is a good opportunity for you to get out of the hotel, which is built on a relatively small area. It also provides quality accommodation. The most beautiful part of Side is its beach, so the pool inside the hotel does not appeal to me, and the pool is crowded, mostly with foreign tourists. Clean towels are provided for the beach every day. The staff is very polite and attentive. The a la carte restaurants are also very high quality. The small negative comments I can make about the hotel are as follows: 1- In order to get a drink in the restaurant, you have to order from the waiters, the number of waiters is quite high, so they come to you to order, but this causes quite a crowd in the small area. Establishing a system where guests can get their own drinks could make the dining area more comfortable. 2- The umbrellas on the beach do not provide full protection from the sun, which causes sunburn rather than sunbathing, awnings are always better in this regard 3- There was no toothpaste or toothbrush for guests in the bathroom, and there was no hair conditioner (but there was shampoo and shower gel)

Perhaps this is the best hotel I've ever been to. Everything is impeccable: beautiful well-groomed territory, perfect cleanliness, incredibly tasty food! Dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner are so varied that you won’t be able to try everything)) Vegetables, fruits, salads, cheeses are displayed with designer decoration. I am delighted! Service at the highest level. Special thanks for a bottle of champagne and a basket of fruit in the room on my birthday, as well as for a cake with candles in the a la carte restaurant on that day. It was a pleasure!
