Wir haben 2 Tage mit unseren Enkeln verbracht.
Das Hotel ist für Kinder sehr geeignet. Das Spieleland,das Bastelzimmer und die Schwimmhalle haben uns gut gefallen.
Der Außenspielplatz könnte noch etwas attraktiver werden.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Als ganz besonderes Angebot schätzen wir die Großzügigkeit vom Hotel, dass man auch am Abreisetag noch alle Bereiche des Hotels nutzen darf und nur die Zimmer geräumt werden müssen. Das haben wir bisher noch nie in einem deutschen Hotel erlebt.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Hello, the service is excellent, the "bungalow" was clean and the bed with the great mattresses led to a relaxed sleep!
We had booked with breakfast and it was very extensive and delicious!
Only the swimming pool smells of chlorine.

The hotel is really great, the wellness area is rather small, but nice with a pool and two saunas and a jacuzzi. Unfortunately, it was also very crowded there. The staff is very friendly.

Das Zimmer, im Ferienhaus auf der kleinen Insel, war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet (2 Personen). Das Resort ist kinderfreundlich und bietet dahingehend Einiges an Unterhaltung ( Spielzimmer, Billard, Spielplatz, Clown, usw.). In der näheren Umgebung kann man sich, auch im Winter, Schloss Mirow und Schloss Rheinsberg anschauen oder einen Stadtrundgang durch Neustrelitz machen. Das freundliche Personal (Service, Restaurant, Bar), sowie das überaus reichliche Angebot beim Frühstücks- und Abendbüffet haben das Wochenende perfekt gemacht.

Sehr zu empfehlen, tolles Buffet abends und auch morgens. Bei Anreise war die Ferienwohnung etwas kühl, haben aber auf Nachfrage noch zusätzliche Decken bekommen. Sehr schöne Anlage, toller und sauberer Wellnessbereich. Das Wasser im Schwimmbad war sehr angenehm warm. Sehr Kinderfreundlich, mit vielen Möglichkeiten für Spie und Spaß.

Wir haben unseren Kurzurlaub als 5-köpfige Familie in vollen Zügen genossen: Super Frühstück, klasse Wellnessbereich mit Schwimmbad und Rutsche, Fitnessraum, Billard, Tischtennis und sogar einem Zocker-Raum für unseren Jüngsten. Das Appartement war großzügig aufgeteilt und hatte sogar einen Wintergarten mit Blick auf den See. Ein absolutes Erlebnis. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
