Location is good, walking distance to 2 malls and to Univ Brawijaya where my daughter is currently studying at. Room is clean and functional. A bit dark though, should add more lighting. Otherwise, all good

Our stay was short but nice. Comfy bed and shower. Excellent location because it is only a walk away from mall and cinema. They also provide prayer set which is clean and fragrant. The cons is tv channels are limited and the quality of the picture was bad due to the television itself. Maybe the management should consider to replace with the new one to improve guests’ stay experience.

All I can say, this hotel is worth every time we spend the day. From the cleanliness to the service, from the building to the supporting facilities like fitness center and pool. Every aspect is very well-managed. Furthermore, the location is just another advantage, situated at the heart of Malang plus conencted with two local malls which provides almost everything we need to buy when it comes to fulfill our needs during our stay.

The service is extraordinarily friendly, polite and the hospitality is top notch.
The facilities are very complete. There is a gym, swimming pool, restaurant etc. There are spa and laundry facilities (the price is relatively cheap) And in the room there is a mini refrigerator, water heater for tea/coffee, TV (only the TV remote is a bit difficult to connect), the toiletries are complete and smell good.
The food and drink menu is varied and prices are relatively cheap.
The location is very strategic, and easy access anywhere, close to shopping centers.
The hotel landscape is very beautiful, according to request, thank you 🙏🏻.
In terms of cleanliness, it is actually relatively clean, but what needs to be improved and something to note is that the window curtains seem to have chosen a bit of fabric for the curtains which is a bit odd, stiff and rough and the color is not attractive so it gets dirty and dusty easily which is clearly visible to the eye as well as the cracks in the corners of the room. under the locker, cupboard and behind the TV/glass are very dusty.
The pillow case on the bed was a bit dirty, and maybe the room I was in was rarely occupied or maybe it wasn't cleaned enough so the bed itched when I slept.
Moreover, thank you very much for your excellent stay and service during my business trip this time. 🙏🏻
