"The hotel is close to the town square and the train station. The room is quite spacious, and the air conditioning works great. My only complaint is about the bathroom; the floor around the toilet seemed to be leaking, so it was always wet. But overall, I really liked this hotel."

"We arrived late by train from Yogyakarta, around 11pm, to the Kertanegara Premium hotel, and that we would have to wake up early to take part in a tour. Even though the hotel was not completely full, we were assigned a room where the annoying noise of the electric water pump motor was constantly heard, making it almost impossible to sleep. The staff were clearly aware of the problem, but nevertheless, they chose to assign us that room anyway, when they could have easily accommodated us elsewhere. When we asked the reception to be moved, we were denied without any valid explanation. A very disappointing experience, which ruined our stay and the rest we needed for the tour the next day."
