"The bathroom is a bit less clean, there is no water heater or it doesn't work, it's a bit dusty on the window glass and curtains, and there are some belongings of previous guests left in the cupboard locker, the room is not soundproof, the sound from outside is very loud, it's a bit disturbing, the elevator often queues together with the cafe staff in the rooftop area or maybe there is an event there at the same time so access is busy. Moreover, some of the accommodation staff and cafe staff on the rooftop floor often go back and forth in the elevator area. But overall it's quite comfortable, complete facilities, and easy access to the location, near the mall area."

"We arrived late by train from Yogyakarta, around 11pm, to the Kertanegara Premium hotel, and that we would have to wake up early to take part in a tour. Even though the hotel was not completely full, we were assigned a room where the annoying noise of the electric water pump motor was constantly heard, making it almost impossible to sleep. The staff were clearly aware of the problem, but nevertheless, they chose to assign us that room anyway, when they could have easily accommodated us elsewhere. When we asked the reception to be moved, we were denied without any valid explanation. A very disappointing experience, which ruined our stay and the rest we needed for the tour the next day."
