Location is good, walking distance to 2 malls and to Univ Brawijaya where my daughter is currently studying at. Room is clean and functional. A bit dark though, should add more lighting. Otherwise, all good

Our stay was short but nice. Comfy bed and shower. Excellent location because it is only a walk away from mall and cinema. They also provide prayer set which is clean and fragrant. The cons is tv channels are limited and the quality of the picture was bad due to the television itself. Maybe the management should consider to replace with the new one to improve guests’ stay experience.

All I can say, this hotel is worth every time we spend the day. From the cleanliness to the service, from the building to the supporting facilities like fitness center and pool. Every aspect is very well-managed. Furthermore, the location is just another advantage, situated at the heart of Malang plus conencted with two local malls which provides almost everything we need to buy when it comes to fulfill our needs during our stay.

Pelayanan nya luar biasa ramah, sopan dan hospitality nya juara.
Fasilitas nya sangat lengkap. Ada gym, swimming pool, restaurant dll. Ada fasilitas spa dan laundry nya (harga nya relatif murah) Dan di dalam kamar Ada mini refrigerator, pemanas air untuk teh/kopi, tv (cuman remote tv nya agak susah connect), Toiletries nya lengkap dan wangi.
Menu makanan dan minuman beragam dan harga relatif murah.
Lokasinya sangat strategis, dan akses kemanapun gampang, dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan.
Landscape hotel indah sekali, sesuai request, terimakasih 🙏🏻.
Untuk kebersihan sebenernya relatif bersih, tapi yang perlu ditingkatkan dan menjadi catatan adalah, bagian tirai jendela kayaknya pemilihan kain untuk tirai nya agak aneh kaku dan kasar dan warna nya kurang menarik sehingga gampang kotor dan berdebu yg jelas terlihat mata serta celah-celah pojok kamar, bawah loker, almari dan belakang tv/kaca sangat berdebu.
Bagian tempat tidur sarung bantal nya agak kotor, dan mungkin kamar yang saya tempati jarang di huni atau mungkin kurang dibersihkan jadi gatal-gatal ranjangnya pas tidur.
Selebihnya, terimakasih banyak atas pengalaman menginap dan pelayanan nya yg juara selama saya melakukan trip bisnis kali ini. 🙏🏻
