Way too old and not really have good upgrade all over the uesrs spent. Please upgrade all sectors and regain your 4 star hotel title

Everything is good, cheap rate even the building looks older but still bright, no spooky at all, one thing for sure hopefully they improve the breakfast menu variations…

The hotel needs a good refresh and a thorough cleaning. Not acceptable for a 4-star hotel. Dirty walls and hair on the bed... horrible. The only positive thing is the very friendly staff!

The old building is indeed a bit less well maintained but not stuffy, the AC is cold, the TV broadcasts are clean, there is a mini fridge, the floor is a bit black in the cavities, and there is scale in the bathroom. If there is maintenance it would be better because the hotel is in the city center close to culinary. The food is clean and quite good. The price is too expensive maybe during long holidays, the service is friendly, nice

This time, I have to give an honest review. This is the first time during my staycation that I've been to a hotel that didn't match the photos. The conditions and situation in the photos were completely inconsistent with reality. The hotel was outdated, the parking lot was dark, the room was poorly maintained, and it felt scary. I only stayed in the room for 5 minutes and then left and moved to another hotel because it was so scary and uncomfortable.

The environment is too bad and too old, the bathtub is not sanitary enough, and I was woken up by the mosque in the morning

Kids friendly, children get free ice cream and there is a mini playground.
