Location is in downtown, very convinient to connect everywhere. It's an old fasion hotel. The service is good. Since it was a business trip, we rent a car for easier transport but the hotel  parking charges a lot.

Great hotel!!! all employees are very kind and supportable. Also very clean and confortable to stay with family. I strongly recommend the hotel.

This was our best hotel stay in ages. We were checked in by Natalie, who was friendly, helpful, and just fun. She made sure to get us a quiet room and made sure we were clear on how to get to our evening's destination. Our room was comfortable and well appointed. The wifi took a bit of finagling to get connected, but once we got it connected, it stayed connected and worked well. We slept soundly and comfortably, waking up refreshed. Check out went smoothly. We'll return if possible.

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza in Downtown Knoxville and it was walking distance from everything we wanted to visit. The hotel was clean. The staff was helpful, friendly and professional. The view from the window was delightful. We are already planning to go back. It was also on the free trolley route.

Not bad, stayed several times and overall was quite satisfied. Convenient, clean and comfortable hotel. The main thing is that the price is not too high, and business trips and tourism are acceptable.
