This was our best stay out of many on the garden route. Everything about it was first class from equipment, location , pool relaxing area, great value for money. Kitty was a great host and gave us lots of advice about the area and places to go. Nothing was too much trouble she made us feel very welcome.

From the moment I first emailed my enquiry in April, until the day we drove out, in October, Kitty has been the most wonderful hostess! The suite exceeded our expectations, and was fully equipped with everything we needed (I asked for a blender - which is not something normally found in a self-catering room - the one morning, and Kitty brought one up to us to use, within minutes). It was homely, clean, and the view really beautiful! We spent most mornings with brunch and evenings with sundowners on the deck, looking out to the Knysna heads and lagoon. The garden is meticulously kept, and with the rains they've had, spring was the perfect time to enjoy its splendour! The pool was a welcome reprieve from the heat on the one hot day we had there. We will definitely be back!

Lovely apar**ent, situated on the hill above knysna, with beautiful view of the heads. Lovely host, the apar**ent had everything we needed, bed was really comfortable, shower was hot and powerful. There is off road secure parking . Would definitely recommend

We stayed overnight at Footprints of Knysna. The lodgings were very comfortable. The host was most obliging. Everything was clean. Even left some milk in the fridge for our morning coffee. Gave us good advice as what to see in the area. I would definitely stay there again if I came to Knysna again.

Lovely accommodation, balcony, garden with pool. Kitty the host was excellent and ready to advise you on the region. It little way out of the center of Kenysa but worth it for the views of the bay, Excellent value.

Kitty is a marvellous host, very helpful and keen to make sure everything was spot on for our stay. The accommodation was very clean, plenty of self catering equipment and a lovely balcony with great views. We had a lovely stay and will be returning again soon.

Breakaway. Safe and secure location. Friendly owner. Lovely view and garden with swimming pool. Located close to shops and restaurants. My wife loved the owners two dogs, they were very friendly as well.

We enjoyed the stay with Kitty at the Down to Earth Family Room. Communication from her was perfect and the room was just what we needed in a self-catering setup. Perfect for a family with two school-going children. The kitchen has all utensils required to make your own breakfasts and dinners. Parking is open but secure. 1 Minute drive to the main road to explore Knysna and surroundings. Good value for money.
